Sciampagna, also known as Marzemina Bianca is a native grape to Veneto. Typically found in DOC blends as well as Prosecco. A unique variety with delicate aromas and flavors of buttercups, lillies, fresh herbs, lime, and green apples. The almost amber yellow of the grape is found in the wine as well. 20-30% Chardonnay is added for structure. Aged and fermented in concrete.
