Clean and subtle futsu-shu. Onikoroshi, or “Demon Slayer,” signifies this sake’s significant dryness. The old saying is that an Onikoroshi sake is “dry enough to kill a demon.” Aromas of minerals and rice, with a fresh & easy going flavor. Nihon Sakari uses hard Miyamizu water to brew more robust styles of sake, and has been doing so for centuries.
