Vareij is a very unique blend made from Brachetto and Barbera. Incredibly intense nose, with clear notes of rose, strawberry, fresh and floral. Dry and persistent, with a hint of bitterness that improves drinkability. Pair with fresh cheese and salami, fish soup, or sweet and sour chicken.
