In the 15th century, four thieves were caught stealing from victims of the plague in Marseille. In exchange for clemency, the thieves exchanged their secret recipe that they believed kept them safe. This Amaro is based on that recipe, featuring eucalyptus, honey, vanilla, and anise. Perfect as a digestif, or in any amaro-based cocktail.
