RUDOLF JELÍNEK produces spirits which have an established tradition in the Czech Republic since the 16th century. This digestif is minty to the nose. On the palate, herbal influences dominate, especially anise, with flavors of clove, raisins and mint that fade into a slightly bitter finish. Jelinek is approachable and mild in comparison to most other fernets.
