Open this bottle and you will be drawn in by a blend of chamomile, wet stone, delicate floral notes and a wonderful savory character. The palate is a mirror image of the nose, starting with slightly sweet floral and fruit notes and finishing with an almost endless savory finish. As always there is a hint of residual sugar, reminiscent of Meyer lemon curd, clean and crisp.
