A Northern Italian red blend coming out of Australia! Produced from organically grown fruit within the Watervale area in the Clare Valley, with the majority coming from our family vineyard, Gullyview. A blend of Bordeaux varieties made in a Loire style, vibrant, bright fruits & soft tannins. Naturally fermented from a blend of free run and pressed juice, unfined and unfiltered, then aged in Slavonian foudre for 12 months.

Best's Great Western is one of the oldest continuously operating family run wineries on the whole continent, founded in 1866 and they treat the Shiraz grape in this bubbly delight like great Champagne, aging on the lees in the bottle for 24 months. The perfect accompaniment to celebrate Christmas!

Clare Valley's unique climate produces its own breed of Cabernet, and this is an excellent, affordable example of the style. Highly perfumed, with heady notes of savory herbs and spices (think mint, ground pepper and oregano), there's luscious-yet-fresh blueberry and plum fruit, chocolate, violets and a little tomato stem. Great BBQ wine, drink now or cellar until 2027.

B'rose is a play on Aussie region Barossa - but it is also made by two bros who aren't afraid to get pink! This is a highly layered and complex über-rosé. Notes of deep fruit, ringing citrus acidity, and a whisper of nutty and floral goodness will please the shit out of the pickiest palate. The next person who says "rosé is for girls" will get a spray of this in the face!!

'The Dagger' Pinot Noir is bright, bouncy, and full of life. Great everyday-drinking Pinot and made with such finesse. Fresh cherries and berries wrapped in spice, with a juiciness that goes for days.

Aromas of pineapple and grapefruit with white flower blossoms and flint that morph towards cashew and toasted brioche as the wine warms in the glass. It’s slick in texture with a lovely line of acidity.

Garnet red with crimson edges. The nose is enticing, rich and exotic. First to emerge, red fruits of plum, raspberry and red currants. Summer berry cobbler with whipped cream. The Koerner brothers are part of a new generation of Australian winemakers who treasure the old vines planted by their pioneering ancestors but aim to make more delicate food friendly wines with less intervention in the cellar. This unique red blend is an homage to the wines of Corsica and has multiple vibrant berry flavors on the palate with fresh herb garden aromas!

This wine is made by female winemaker Liz Silkman. Silkman uses both sustainable and organic farming practices both in the vineyards and in the winery. Citrus Zest, pineapple, white spice and honeysuckle characteristics. Zippy acidity and tangy citrus notes.

100+ year old Grenache bush vines and younger Cinsualt plantings, biodynamically grown and fermented with native yeast and minmal sulfur in stainless steel. All the bright strawberry fruit of Grenache is here but with a body more commonly associated with something like a Pinot Noir. Light, bright and refreshing, a slight chill on this red would be delicious!

'Texture like Sun' are words from the song 'Golden Brown' by The Stranglers, the wedding song of Amber and the late Taras from Ochota Barrels. This delicious wine highlights juicy poached strawberries and lychee, white pepper, and dried roses floating around an undercurrent of soft acidity and finely shaped tannins. Aptly named for strikingly floral aromas of a fertile forest floor, the earthy expression of this incredible wine continues on the palate with subtle red berries playing a delicate, supporting role. Unassuming complexity culminates in an elegant, savory finish. In a word--superb.

A dark and youthful Shiraz dominant blend, “Tikka”- named after the winery cat- explodes with black fruits, bramble, and peppery spice. Jauma comes to us from James Erskine, a pioneer of the “nothing added, nothing taken away” approach in Australia; all grapes organically farmed by Fiona Wood. This vintage is medium-bodied with a bright, high-tone surprising for Aussie Shiraz.

2016 was an incredible year for Cabernet Sauvignon, creating grapes with great concentration. The warm and dry Autumn was ideal for allowing the Cabernet grapes to reach optimal maturity, allowing the softening of tannins. The final wine is deep purple in color, with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and beetroot. It is a full-bodied wine

The big, concentrated yet velvety-textured, magnificent 2003 Shiraz reveals a seamless integration of tannin, acidity, wood, and alcohol, it boasts aromas of blackberry liqueur intermixed with violets. The fragrant aromatics are followed by an explosively rich, full-bodied, unctuously-textured, compelling Shiraz.

Aromas of citrus, fresh melon and crushed hazelnuts with mineral undertones. The palate is long, elegant and broad with a beautiful creaminess from the extended aging on its lees. A backbone of crisp and punchy acidity carries fl avors of stone fruits, citrus and shortbread through a persistent finish.

A classic medium-bodied Hunter style. Deceptively ‘rich’ with a savoury pepper and charcuterie flavour mixed in good proportions with ripe red and black berry fruits. Solid color and intensity start the wine off in the right direction, while the palate shows up-front fruit sweetness with Tyrrell’s hallmark savory crunchy tannins and fresh moreish finish

From the Thistledown Winery, this wonderful Cabernet comes from Langhorne Creek, a vineyard region near Adelaide in South Australia. The clay and alluvial soils here yield a Cab rich in texture and flavor, with plum, blackberry, dark chocolate, and cherry, backed by a classic Aussie burst of spicebox, mint, and pepper.

In a region known for bulk wine production and conventional farming, it took a young buck raised in Riverland to shift the status quo. All organically grown, single vineyard fruit-this wine light, fresh and vibrant!

Aromas of lemon, lime powder-puff sherbet and a slight mineral hint are supported by some subtle floral notes. A delicate, almost "pretty" mouthfeel with those ever present flavors of lemon, lime citrus showing prominently on the palate. These are accompanied by supporting sublte mineral salt flavors & a slight spice notes. The wine finishes clean, long & balanced

Single Vineyard Riesling. Pale lemon color with flecks of green. Aromas of lemon & lime sherbet with a mineral hint are supported by subtle floral notes.
A delicate, almost “pretty” mouth feel with ever-present flavors of lemon and lime citrus notes showing prominently on the palate with a slight floral & spice presence.
Finishes clean, long & balanced.

Light straw in color. Subtle stone fruits, yellow peach, nectarine and faint wafts of citrus are foremost. Upon further swirling, hints of floral notes shine through, Jasmine and white rose petal perfume, and a touch of Ginger spice. Oak is present but in balance and offering a nutty/ nougat nuance. Fresh flavors of stone fruit, citrus and grapefruit pith. Creamy, crème brulee-like French oak lingers with a lovely flinty, wet stone/chalky acid line, closing out with an intriguing waxy phenolic finish

Co-fermented Shiraz and Grenache undergo long and slow whole cluster fermentation. Carbonic maceration lifts the fruit and sidesteps the clumsiness that frequently weighs down Aussie reds. You still get an explosion of dark fruits and peppery spices, plus some brambly herb and black olive. And there is enough structure and backbone to stand up to BBQ meats if that’s your jam. Yet, at only 12% ABV, with racy acidity and minerality, you could take this awesomely dark little wine in so many directions.

Complex, leafy with olive fruit and dried oregano. Beetroot fruit. Roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Textured by assertive tannins that provide counter-balance to the sweet fruit. Oak provides cedar, toast, char & dark liquorice and exotic spices.

Exuberant, showing plenty of crushed dried mint leaf notes to complement the supple flavors of plum, raspberry and cherry, with polished tannins and a long, lingering finish.

The medium to deep garnet-purple colored 2012 GSM exudes a pretty perfume of red berry coulis and potpourri with hints of white pepper, cinnamon toast and violets. Medium to full-bodied with plenty of warm red berry flavors and complementary baking spice highlights, it is structured by medium level, rounded tannins and lively acid, then finishes long.

Pungent aromas of nectarine, yellow plum and white flowers. Ripe, fleshy and expansive, with fresh pit fruit flavors, a note of bitter lemon pith and a touch of youthful spritz. Very refreshing chenin blanc with good finishing cut and lingering spiciness. Very unique as only 125 cases were made.

Classic example of dry Eden Valley Riesling, and shows the flavors we see so consistently each year from this wonderful single vineyard. Intense aromas of talcum, lemon and lime, with a hint of fresh pineapple overlaying dried herbs. The palate shows great length and depth with a fresh natural acidity that balances the flavor intensity.

This is a great red wine value!! Ripe and expansive on the nose displaying black and blue fruit aromas. Broad smooth and smoky in the mouth, offering sweet blueberry and cherry cola flavors. The blackberry notes resonate strongly on the smooth gentle tannin finish.

Ripe shiny blackberry red. Voluptuous cherry, vanilla and peppery spice aromas and full-bodied flavours packed with smoky vanillin oak, cherry and strawberry fruits, chocolate and mocha all wrapped up in a big, rich, velvety smooth package. A juicy wine with fine tannins, the pepper detected on the nose kicks in again to make a welcome re-appearance on the powerful finish.

The Sibling Rivalry Pinot Gris has led us to Victoria's High Country and the cool climate region of King Valley. The aromas are lifted citrus, green apple, white peach and pear with spicy nuances. The palate is medium bodied with flavors of honeysuckle and pear supported by a mineral flintiness and finishing with beautiful crunchy acidity.

Medium to deep garnet in color, the 2013 Mathilda Shiraz begins with a core of black raspberries and blackberries plus hints of tar and licorice. Medium-bodied, it gives a good amount of juicy red and black berry flavors with a slight earthiness and chew to the finish of moderate length.
