It is fine and elegant, subtle and dare I say -- feminine. For a comparison, we uncorked a bottle of the 1995, fully developed by now with a deep golden color and a complex nose; it had aromatic herbs that reminded me of absinthe, with something honeyed and a very spicy note of curry.
