The aging process in oak casks gives this whisky the extraordinary and classic smoky flavor that demand to be served in a whisky nosing glass, neat or with a little water. Intense, full-bodied flavor of charred, minty dark chocolate. The lingering tastes flow into a clean, long and spicy finish.

Blend of 6, 8 and 12-year bourbon, no water is added before bottling. Aromas of spring flowers, a touch of black pepper and almonds mixed with layers of honey and dates. Warm, smoky flavors of grain and spice with a long and lingering spice finish.

On the nose, blackberry, plum, cherry, pepper, earthy, leather, cedar, tobacco, chocolate, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, dry, medium body, medium acidity, chalky and medium (+) tannins, nicely balanced, firm structure, and medium (+) finish. Enjoyable with steak.

Pronounced in perfume and silky in texture, this robust, sun-drenched Pinot Noir offers generous blackberry and blueberry flavors offset by a spine of acidity. While bold fruit makes it charming in youth, its firm, taut tannins and truffly, earthen complexities should evolve beautifully through 2030.

The first nose is very intense. It opens up on citrus peel: pink grapefruit and lime. Secondary notes of white fruits (pear, and white peach), gooseberry, and white flowers begin to emerge. Finally, mineral notes delicately smoked bring a nice complexity to the wine. The acid structure is complemented by a nice mouthfeel bringing harmony to the wine.

1995 is considered to be somewhat of a 'miracle vintage' in Tuscany. An unusually cool summer was brought to a close with a warm, late (very late) harvest to produce a stunning wine that's velvety, generous, and warm. This bottle is at its peak and ready to party! Unusual for the wines of Bolgheri, Giovanni Chiappini and his daughters have made their winery 100% organic, fermenting the grapes naturally with only indigenous yeast. This red is 50% Sangiovese, but it really showcases the inky, earthy Syrah that makes up 20% of the blend. Smoked meats in a rich berry sauce the natural tannins are subtle but imbue a powerful finish.

Aiming for the best expression of fruit, Matthieu partners with his friend and fellow winemaker Remi Pouizin to select younger, biodynamically farmed vines. Vinification and elevage all occur in concrete, allowing the purest nature of the grape to show through: expressive, layered aromas of blackberry and black cherry, silky tannins and a touch of black pepper to finish.
