A Burgundian master’s take on the legendary Savagnin grape. From an old parcel in Sainte-Agnès, this wine gets the same treatment as the Chardonnay from the same site, direct-pressed and aged in concrete for one year. This Ouillé- style Savagnin is lightning in a bottle, pithy and energetic, with that trademark salty-Savagnin finish. Another bottle, please!

This wine is made from the pink-skinned Moschofilero grape only grown in the high plateau of Arcadia in southern Greece. The variety is thousands of years old, but the bottle should only last you minutes. Stainless-steel fermented. Dry and crisp with salty and floral aromatics. The label features a Satyr, mythical creatures who loved partying with the god of wine Dionysus!

The palate is boldly fruited with cinnamon apple, some citrus, and a layer of sesame, then a bigger nutmeg element and a hint of peanut brittle later in the game. Lots of caramel throughout. Lightly grainy as the initial fruit rush fades and the finish builds, with a sweet breakfast cereal element lingering. It’s not overwhelming in complexity but it sure is hard to put down. Aged minimum 4 years in single distillation season.

Nose: The aromas follow the core maker’s mark with Cracker Jacks, cinnamon and clove, and vanilla.
Taste: Very smooth with baking spices, whipped butter, red velvet cake, cinnamon, warm cream, and a warm spice.
Finish: The finish is long and exciting with notes of caramel sauce and warm baking spices.

The Koerner brothers are part of a new generation of Australian winemakers who treasure the old vines planted by their pioneering ancestors but aim to make more delicate food friendly wines with less intervention in the cellar. This unique red blend is an homage to the wines of Corsica and has multiple vibrant berry flavors on the palate with fresh herb garden aromas!

The Credoz family have worked vines in Jura dating back to 1859 in the village of Menetreu-le-Vignoble, rather far from the domaines current home in Chateau-Chalon. Their old vine Chardonnay is from 70yo vines in the Chateau-Chalon appellation and is a touch oxidative showing complex notes of chamomile, brioche and salted almond.

A dry Provence Rose, from Chateau d’Astros, a historic property in the VAR. This blend of certified organic Grenache, Cinsault and Caladoc yields a wine with a fresh bouquet of lychee, white peach and guava followed by a rich palate with a fruity expression. This wine makes an excellent aperitif or to pair with grilled swordfish with peach salsa!

A delicious classic Spanish sweet Vermut. Dark brown with amber highlights. Scented and elegant aroma, herbaceous, with rosemary, sage and also vanilla. Sweet, warm and balanced bouquet; thyme, hazelnut and vanilla. Made with 10 different botanicals, including vanilla, orange peel, anise, cardamom, nutmeg, laurel, oregano, fennel, and sage. Perfect with soda or in cocktails.

The M. Marengo 2019 Barbera d'Alba Vigna Pugnane is a lovely wine showing bright fruit and a nice aromatic intensity that shines from the glass. You get classic Barbera tones of fresh cherry, forest berry and dried blueberry. The quality of those fruit tones is sharp and well defined, and that's what gives this wine its edge.
