'Spinning Cone' technology is used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The alcohol is reduced to below 1% on approximately 60% of the final volume, with 40% of the base blended back to achieve a final alcohol level of 7%

Apple and pear aromas lead to broad, just off-dry-seeming pineapple and kiwi flavors. There's plenty of acid to tie it all together. It's an enjoyable, straight down the fairway quaffer.

Espadincillo Agave is native to the region of Michoacan and harvested after 5-7 years of growth. The agave piñas are fire roasted. The cooked agave is milled by hand and naturally fermented in open-air wooden vats before being double distilled in a copper and pinewood.

This cuvée is all elegance, beautiful roundness, fresh and crunchy fruit aromas. On the palate we find the freshness and suppleness typical of the estate's wines, an incredible aromatic richness. The finish is smooth and flashy, a delight.

Firm and well-knit, offers a subtle mix notes of pear, fresh ginger and slivered almond. The wine is soft and rounded although, with a light creaminess as well as lively acidity.

Marchesi Alfieri Sansoero is produced from Grignolino grapes, a typical Piedmontese vine traditionally grown in the Monferrato Asti area. The name Grignolino derives from "grignola", a dialect term used to indicate grape seeds, more numerous in this variety than others.

It is a blend of Arneis, Favorita and Cortese, local grapes in Piedmont, that are aged in concrete vats. Rich and fruity on the nose displaying floral notes and white fruit flavours of banana and pear. This fruity sensation transitions in the mouth to deeper notes of honey, butter and a light acidity that swiftly cleanses the palate. Well structured with good balance.

This is a delicious blend with Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris in the ascendant. With perfumed Meyer lemon flavors and attractive acidity the wine is crisp, fruity and ready to drink
