Ruscum comes from the same vineyards as Coenobium, but its juice spends in excess of two weeks in contact with the skins. As a result, Ruscum is always richer and more substantial. Notes of apricot jam, white pepper, grapefruit rind, and gunflint frame a concentrated, almost oily-textured palate, and a zesty acidity contributes to the wine’s overarching sense of friendliness.

Bright and snappy Sauvignon Blanc bursting with passionfruit, grapefruit, kiwi, and cut grass. The zippy palate is refreshing and tropical. Unfined, unfiltered, vegan friendly, and made with minimal sulfur. Organically farmed.

This is a classically rendered Chassagne-Montrachet, with notes of white pepper, grapefruit zest and greengage plum with a focused, linear palate of solid length. There’s a deft balancing of richness and drive here that characterizes Jean-Marc’s style in
general. Think chisel, crystalline qualities, terroir expression. And, if you can wait, this wine will age beautifully!

The Mirabelle Rosé has generous aromas of strawberry, raspberry, kumquat and rhubarb. Notes of apricot, red plum, shortbread and cinnamon delicately join the bursting flavors of red apple and watermelon on the palate. Juicy on entry, this Rosé’s bright acidity leads to a long, lingering finish.

The cuvée "En Vrac" is a non-vintage blend of Riesling and Sylvaner aged for two years in foudres, then bottled unfined and unfiltered. This wine is an homage to the older generations who still transported the wines “en vrac” (in bulk) in barrel on horse-drawn carriages. This wine is aromatic and textured!

The name refers to how it is made and what you should do when you drink it. All the grapes that go into it are fermented whole cluster, entirely via carbonic maceration in sealed tanks. They cant touch it if they wanted to! The grapes are pressed, and the wine is rested in tank and neutral barrel for a few months.

Clos Prieur is one of Gevrey’s finest lieu-dits sitting directly below Grand Cru Mazis-Chambertin in the hear of Gevrey. It's iron and clay on top of limestone. Alexandrine Roy is the 4th generation to lead the domaine and the wines have never been better!

Sidre Tendre, like Bordelet’s other products, is balanced and elegant. Extremely aromatic with notes of honeyed fruit and baked apple, caramel and spicy notes, brown sugar and melon. Yeah, it's complex! Persistent, small bubbles. Fantastic as aperitif, with a cheese course or dessert. So very delicious!

Delicious melon, pear and cherry burst from the glass! Crisp, clean and elegant with bracing acidity keeps this lively and dry on the finish, with a lingering stony earthiness. One glass is never enough.

A lovely Provencal styled Rose', harvested early to retain fresh, bracing acidity. With short skin contact, this is a full flavored but delicate Rose' bursting with peach, watermelon and a salinity richness that lingers on the finish.
