The 2024 Pink Lemonade is a blend of all the varieties planted at Ricetti Vineyard: Abouriou and Zinfandel contribute tannin and color, Colombard for acidity followed by Valdiguié and Carignan. The goal was to produce a fruitier, lighter wine, counterbalanced with a bit of tannins. It looks like electric pink lemonade during fermentation, and was named as such.

Chardonnay pressed directly and fermented in eggs until dry, then was racked to neutral oak barriques to rest for the winter.
The Colombard portion was direct pressed into neutral barrique before blending. ‘amando el sol’ means ‘loving the sun’, an ode to bright golden Colombard fruit that ripens happily in the California heat.
