The grapes are picked at night for freshness, then pressed pneumatically. The juices then ferment in concrete vats, before ageing on fine lees in the same vats to acquire a fuller body. This pale pink rosé reveals generous, heady, glycerol-laced notes of redcurrant; a lively, supple and pure finish; and sucrosity as well.

Kiki & Juan Tinto is a fresh red wine that expresses the potential of Requena through minimal intervention. The aromatics are raspberries soaked in kirsch, smoked strawberry and Earl Grey. The palate is fresh with med-high acidity, with noticeable grip on the mid-palate. Dry farmed, certified organic. In short, your new house (party!) red.

Shake Ridge Grenache is both a new variety and a new vineyard for Rosiland in 2021. It was an honor to work with some of her Grenache this year.

Brambly and floral on the nose, strawberry coulee in the glass. Delicate, structured, Nebbiolo-esque tannins.

A field blend of red grapes from the Ricetti Vineyard. This low alcohol wine is bright and light with vibrant red fruit and nice acidity. Whole cluster fermentation adds structure and minerality with herbacious notes shining through the fruit. The wine gets its name as it was an electric pick lemonade color during fermentation. Serve slightly chilled all summer long!

This is a high-toned, tart and earthy wine from the beloved producer, structured and grippy in its youth. Textured, the savory character is etched in dried herb, violet and currant, it evolves to share elegant and delicate layers of blue fruit and black cherry. This delicate wine opens to a mild ruby color and offers pretty notes of wild plum, dark cherry, tarry smoke, and campfire ash. And yes, there is a distinctive touch of toasted nut or pistachio.
