The vineyards of Casanuova delle Cerbaie grow at 300 meters above sea level on the prestigious hill of Montosoli and extend to the foot of the hill where Montalcino stands. After intense extraction with frequent pump-overs and a long maceration, the wine is aged for 30 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Seamless and amazingly fresh with undercurrents of leather and spice.

Working with vineyards from Green Valley, Russian River Valley and the Petaluma Gap, this wine is juicy, delicate and citrus-driven in style, laced with strawberry, pomegranate and grapefruit tones. The tannins build on the midpalate as a toasted oak accent provides lushness to the finish.

Sparkling cider made of a 60/40 blend of apples (Signe Tillish + Åkerö) from around Stockholm and pears from Skåne. A little reductive on the nose the first 5-10 minutes but quickly opens up in all its glory. Clear notes of pear with a bit of cloves with some air due to a touch of brett. Not crazy acidic and extremely juicy. An every day glugger!

This cider features a very unique flavor profile due to the inclusion of blackcurrants. The blackcurrants are carbonically macerated to bring down the acidity, resulting in a surprisingly savory cider with aromas of herbs and bell pepper. Think chef-y tomato water or gazpacho, in a good way! The name is a tribute to their favorite Drag Race winner, Bianca Del Rio.

This Method Ancestral is an orangey-pink color with red berry notes on the nose. It’s a beautiful thing to behold but once you take a sip I am sure you will be convinced that the palate delivers on a similar scale. Bright white strawberry notes mingle with peach and pear and integrate seamlessly into a toasty finish. It’s straightforward and clean, pretty, bright and bone-dry.
