Hand harvested, some whole bunches, long maceration for 4 months, and aged in cemenet tanks for 12 months. Nice and spicy, elegant, fresh dark berry fruit. Rich, bright ruby red. Delicately fragrant on the nose, small red berries and orange zest. Lots of cherry on the palate, delicate, well-balanced, ripe, well-integrated tannins, salty finish.

Bright garnet ruby-red color with dark fruits and an earthy spice. Hints of rose petals, cocoa, balsamic and truffle. A demi-sec that shows more "ripeness" than overt sweetness, this Vouvray has lovely flavors of ripe apples and honeyed floral notes. The acidity helps make this an excellent pairing for spicy dishes with honey glazes and sweet sauces.

An outstandingly pleasant wine. Its beautiful cherry color with ruby-red glints and delicate transparency are a clear indication that this is a rounded and easy-to-drink wine. Aromas of scrubland, fine spices like nutmeg or pepper (as well as a touch of vanilla), and subtle roasted notes which come more to the front on drinking.

Straw yellow wine with greenish reflections, it expresses elegant and delicate aromas of white flowers on the nose. In the mouth it shows a dry, fresh and sapid taste, of admirable balance. Excellent with both appetizers and first courses of Mediterranean cuisine.
