This medium to full-bodied stunner is palate-coating yet bright, which is a rather unusual juxtaposition for Saint-Romain Blanc. Concentrated notes of yellow fruit, brioche, and honeysuckle dominate the wine’s unctuous yet zesty palate. Drink now or lay down for another five years.

The color is bright garnet with rich flavors of red and blackberries with a hint of violet. The mouthfeel is fresh,round, and harmonious. This 2015 vintage was élevé 11 months in stainless steel.

Longavi is a collaboration between Chilean winemaker Julio Bouchon and South African winemaker David Nieuwoudt. 100+ year old bush vines from the Southern Chilean region of Bio Bio. This wine is crunchy and has a fresh flavor profile with a touch of funk. I recommend this wine for a wine drinker that wants to be more adventurous. Hints of violet and a touch of tart berry fruit.

We love muscat on the skins because it's like cheating, you get so much more than you deserve from those skin flavors. You get a floral blast on the nose with a hint of tropical peach rings. Add in the skins of the grape and you layer on citrus notes, grapefruit pith, and tons of warm spices.

Often showing a game-y and 'bloody' nature, this wine is best with a good piece of lamb or braised short rib.

Originally blending in Vermont, Backacre has found their new home in Denver! They only make one beer, this beer. 100% barrel fermented, barrel aged and bottle conditioned. Multiple barrel vintages are blended to balance the tart, fruity and earthy flavors created by mixed-culture fermentation. Crisp, complex and like a dry champagne, it pairs well with a wide variety of foods.

This rare indigenous varietal is being resurrected from extinction by Claudio Ancarini. Pretty berry and citrus on the nose, if you close your eyes you might imagine a highly aromatic white wine with lots of skin contact. On the palate however this wine is serious with a surprisingly long finish of dried cherries and burnt orange peel. Pair with a classic Paparadelle in Ragu.

Giovanna Maccario works with some of the oldest vines in Italy in these steep, ancient terraced vineyards high above the Ligurian Coast. Gnarled old bush vines, some dating back to the 1870's, produce an aromatically gorgeous wine with brambly blackberry and roasted black cherry fruit.
