The wine is aged one year in stainless steel tank and then on the lees for 16 months (minimum is 9 months for Cremant, 15 months for Champagne). This is a serious-as-heck, long-aged, mineral-driven, yeast-rich blanc de noirs (made entirely with limestone-inflected Pinot Noir). Racy and brain-dilating, this Champagne method bubbly has a finish that lasts like something 2-4 times its price. Simply amazing juice.

Comes from specially selected old vines grown on one of the great hillside vineyards of Chavignol: Mont Damnés. This is a pure Sauvignon Blanc graced with deep minerality and intense citrus concentration. Absolutely a stellar selection for the region's famous Crotin de Chavignol goat cheese or a snapper drizzled in a lemon-herb sauce.

This rosé is the perfect, rich and delicious, wintertime rosé. A supremely refreshing wine with a dark pink color that resembles fresh pressed strawberries. Flavors of bright red fruits and herbs with just a touch of creaminess to round out the acidity. A serious thirst quencher.

A gorgeous, elegant, and expressive take on the native Sicilian varital, Catarratto. This "macerato" is a lightly extracted orange wine with soft flavors of apricot, minerals, and terragon. Beautiful and complex.

A wine of great class that expresses the elegance of the "Cannubi" terroir in Barolo, rich in structure, intense and with a lot of power.Intensely fragrant, this offers enticing scents of iris, violet and rose that mix with perfumed berry and botanical herbs. It's loaded with finesse and flavor, doling out raspberry compote, crushed Morello cherry, licorice and a hint of mocha.

The wine was lightly filtered prior to bottling to brighten aromatics and give us a polished finish. The result is a chardonnay showcasing density and precision. The nose highlights evolving layers of exotic aromas reminiscent of fresh tangerine, nectarine and Meyer lemon, with the palate providing a richly textured wine with mineral and saline characters on the finish.

The Nach from Nestarec is a fresh, summery red wine that comes in a 1 litre bottle. This light body cuvée has a mild nose, while in the palate has fun aromas like black cherry, pomegranate and black currant. It’s low on tannins so you can serve it chilled!

This lively Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of Grapefruit, woven over an exotic thread of Kumquat, Cherimoya, Mango and Passionfruit. The nose gives way to a crisp, lively and mouthwatering finish.

The 2019 Fess Parker Ashley's Vineyard Chardonnay offers aromas and flavors of yellow apple, pear, lemon, lemon cream, grilled pineapple, vanilla, custard, brioche, nutmeg, cinnamon toasted oak, and ocean air.

Shibui Grain Select is produced in Japan from a blend of Scottish Lowland single grain whisky & Japanese distilate. Aromas of roasted nuts, jellied pear honeysuckle. Tastes of black pepper and clove come through early on the palate, ripe citrus & baked apple develop before a smooth, long finish. Matured in three types of barrels: ex-bourbon, oloroso sherry & Mizunara.

"Puro" pisco is made with one grape varietal. Santiago Queirolo was in Italian immigrant who settled in Peru and established a winery in 1880. Peruvian Pisco is distilled only once in a pot-still, no wood aging is allowed, and cannot have any alterations including dilution.
