A minuscule 4 hectare estate-Julian Haart is making some of the most polished Rieslings in all of the Mosel. At 18 g/l residual sugar, the Moselle offers a glossy texture on the palate with a clean and precise finish.

From Ambonnay, Bouxy and Verzenay. 48 months on lees, disgorged July 2016. Very fine and detailed with lovely citrus and apple core, as well as some pear and nut richness. It’s quite dry and complex with fine herbs and juicy acidity. Grown up and sophisticated, this is fruit-driven but four years on the lees and another 11 months in bottle has given the first signs of toasty maturity.

Classically bold and aromatic with a nose of sweet lime, freshly cut grass, and zesty white grapefruit, expressing the vibrancy and intensity of Sauvignon, while a small fraction of the wine ages in barrels to lend a hint of roundness to Sauvignon’s typically energetic punch.

Quite lovely and aromatic, this starts with a perfume of strawberries, sage, and resinous rosemary, gaining tension and focus on the palate with orange rind, raspberry and sour cherry notes. A perfect mix of delicate scents, intricacy, and pure, uplifted, vibrant red fruits.

The Dos d'Chat 2020 Quin Quin Syrah has a charming dark cherry core with violet edges. It boasts a dramatic nose, full of savory red fruits, red and white flowers, and classic black olive. As the wine opens, herbs and raw vanilla appear - ending with a cherry sweetness. On the palate, red plums, black pepper and clove flesh out a bright and minerally center.

The "Mariana" Rosé is a young and cheerful wine, with generous fruit, freshness and aromatic richness, which reflect the region' charm. Pale pink color. Minerality and fresh red fruit. Volume and nice freshness. Produced from Touriga Nacional and Aragonez varieties.
