Nero d’Avola from the volcanic soils of western Sicily. Fermented in tank to preserve freshness, this wine is deeply colored with a bouquet of violets, blueberry and black olives. The texture is rich and smooth with nuances of ripe dark fruits, baking chocolate, and hints of cedar. Deep and complex—punches well above its weight.

Touriga Nacional is a wine with intense aroma of flowers, especially orange blossom and violets. There is great freshness & elegance from the grape in this bottling. Flavor of dark fruits, a touch of red current and floral notes. A wine with a fine, fruity spicy
palate. Balanced structure with soft tannins.

Its color is ruby red intense with some dark red nuances, it has a good olfactory persistence tending to licorice flavor. It is rich and harmonious on the palate. Jean-Paul Brun has never faltered in making some of our favorite, classic wines from Beaujolais. He always vinifies his rosé traditionally preferring Burgundian winemaking to the Beaujolais norm of carbonic maceration, and given the results, we agree! It is light, pale pink in color with fresh strawberry, red raspberry, and a hint of orange blossom. Pure vin de soif!
