The Téllez family are natural wine super stars in Baja.

La Santa comes from centenarian, own-rooted Rosa del Perú (Moscatel Negro) vines grown at 2,400 ft elevation on sandy loam and granite soils in Tecate. The grapes were hand-harvested, de-stemmed, and fermented without temperature control in 450 liter concrete tinajas with 45 days of maceration.

Second generation estate located in Montlouis, run by the dymanic couple, François and Manuela Chidaine. The Chidaines take their farming and wine making very seriously. Their 'Chenin d'Ailleurs' is a Champagne method sparkling wine made from 100% organically farmed Chenin Blanc grapes that explodes with honeyed orchard fruit, white blossoms, brioche and mineral tension.

"The 2018 Barolo Riserva Perno is a gorgeous wine, especially within the context of the year. Sweet red cherry, mint, spice, leather and dried herbs are beautifully woven together. Bright saline notes extend the finish. This deceptively understated Barolo is more finesse than power. It will also drink well with minimal cellaring."

Dickel Bourbon is a handcrafted, small-batch bourbon that's been aged 8 years and blended to perfection. The liquid boasts sweet initial notes of vanilla leading into bright hints of cherry and orange before being balanced by almond toffee and oak. PROOF: 90 (45% ABV)

Inspired by the white wines of the Jura and Savoie regions of the French Alps, this blend of high elevation sites from the Shasta-Cascade regions of the Trinity Alps and Oregon’s Siskiyou Wilderness. Beautiful aromatic freshness on the nose with notes of white peach and pear. A rich and complex wine, very well balanced on the palate. The strong minerality of the terroir gives this wine a very persistent finish.

Only 210 cases are produced each year! This excellent example of a white Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru was classified as a "Première Cuvée" in 1855. Delicate pneumatic pressing, indigenous yeast and malolactic fermentation in 228L oak barrel. Aged for 18 months on lees in barrel (1/3 new oak).

This Vinho Verde Rosé has a bright pink color, fresh aromas of strawberry and raspberry along with subtle notes of citrus. The palate indicates a youthful but elegant, well-balanced and fresh wine with a long, lingering finish.
