La Santa comes from centenarian, own-rooted Rosa del Perú (Moscatel Negro) vines grown at 2,400 ft elevation on sandy loam and granite soils in Tecate. The grapes were hand-harvested, de-stemmed, and fermented without temperature control in 450 liter concrete tinajas with 45 days of maceration.

Elio Sandri 'Perno' Barolo Riserva 2018119.99Piedmont, ItalyNebbiolo

"The 2018 Barolo Riserva Perno is a gorgeous wine, especially within the context of the year. Sweet red cherry, mint, spice, leather and dried herbs are beautifully woven together. Bright saline notes extend the finish. This deceptively understated Barolo is more finesse than power. It will also drink well with minimal cellaring."

2019 Mud House Sauvignon Blanc16.99Marlborough, New Zeland100% Sauvignon Blanc

The front palate is peppered with notes of melon and citrus, while the crisp grapefruit-like acidity lingers and adds texture. We keep every vineyard batch separate throughout the winemaking process until blending. The final process is fining and filtering, before the wine is then bottled.

2020 iruai 'Arcana' Savagnin24.99Trinity Lakes100% Savagnin

Like a neon tractor beam jetting out of the Trinity Alps, our third vintage of the 'Arcana' Savagnin has both exceeded my expectations and my comprehension. Rocky and electric, with a tropical punch and a heady herbal tea perfume, if you feel like you've experienced a case of missing time, that means it's working. The owls are not what they seem.

Iruai 2022 ‘Shasta-Cascade’ White25.99Trinity Lakes and Rogue Valley, California30% Savagnin, 20% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Chardonnay, 30% Savagnin Rose Musqué

Inspired by the white wines of the Jura and Savoie regions of the French Alps, this blend of high elevation sites from the Shasta-Cascade regions of the Trinity Alps and Oregon’s Siskiyou Wilderness. Aromas of dried flowers and brush are framed by electric acidity, almond and citrus -- imagine dropping a Ricola into a margarita and setting off in a canoe. (psst! when this is gone, it's GONE)

Iruai 2022 ‘Shasta-Cascade’ Red25.99Trinity Lakes and Rogue Valley, California40% Trousseau, 25% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay, 10% Mondeuse, 5% Blaufränkisch

This wine is a love letter to our winery’s wild new home in Scott Valley, pioneering a sense of place that channels a vast mineral range, a savage elevation, and a generous beauty. Trousseau brings the blood orange tang, Monduese adds high toned black fruit and a peppery perfume, while the Blaufränkisch rounds things out with a bitter kick and savory structure.

2020 Iruai 'Sylvan' Trousseau26.99California100% Trousseau

It's a good thing they weren't experimenting with Trousseau in the States back in the sixties, or it might still be a schedule I substance today. 'Sylvan' is dank on the nose like marijuana gummy bears, juicy and alive on the palate, and rounded out with a subtle hint of dried mushrooms, duck fat and cranberry sauce (in a good way). Buy the ticket, take the ride.
