This 2020 Vin Gris made predominantly of Grenache begins with a fragrance of summer berries. There’s good intensity of cherry and red plum on the palate with a nice balance between sweet fruit and brisk acidity. It can handle food but also a flavorful sipping wine.

Grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
Aged on the lees for 4 months.
