2019 Tyler 'Mae Estate' Chardonnay66.99Sta. Rita Hills, California100% Chardonnay

From our estate located on Highway 246 in the north corridor of the Sta. Rita Hills. The 2019 shows the extreme oceanic influence of this site, being just 15 miles from the pacific ocean. Sea air and bracing citrus first greet the nose. On the palate there’s a beautiful relationship between the salinity and fruit, playing well to the overall energy and generous texture.

"The 2019 Chardonnay Wenzlau Family Vineyard speaks with tremendous authority. A wine of real direction and personality, the 2019 has so much going on. 2018 Racines 'Bentrock Vineyard' Chardonnay86.99Sta. Rita Hills, California100% Chardonnay

"One of the finest Chardonnay examples produced in Santa Barbara County, if not California in its entirety. This has a striking, dramatic minerality that vaults from the glass and only ever gains in intensity with exposure to air. The palate is full, layered and high-toned while steering clear of either shrillness or thickness. The finish is both explosive and poised."

2019 Hiyu Tzum 'Lunasa'62.99Columbia Gorge, Washington65% Syrah, 35% Grenache

Lunasa is a blend of Grenache and Syrah and in past years reminded one of what an Australian GSM might taste like if it was grown in the Southern Mediterranean. In 2019, the early frost and cool conditions rendered a wine more reminiscent of Northern
France than what is usually possible here.

Hiyu 'Floréal Cider IV'Mt. Hood, Oregon80 Heirloom Cider Apples

This is the fourth release of the cider. With each release new trees begin producing and the selection of apples improves. This cider is the most concentrated to date. 2020 Carl Ehrhard, Blanc de Noir20.99Rheingau, Germany100% Pinot Noir

Yes, really - dry white Pinot Noir from Germany. Perhaps the most perfect summer white, ever, this drinks like Spanish Txakoli, with a light spritz lifting tangy stone and red cherry fruit and a salty, crushed seashell, finish. At 12.0% alcohol, we guess it was too ripe for Sekt, but it's mouthwatering, selzery, fun as beat-the-heat cooler. Seriously delicious and fun.
