This is the second vintage of producing a Syrah sans soufre, a wine inspired by some of our favorite producers in Cornas, with a decidedly SLO Coast personality. Vibrant, crunchy, and juicy; this wine retains its coastal signature through partial whole cluster fermentation.

Proudly featuring Columbia Gorge fruit from Chardonnay vines planted in 1984 and 2010. The Oak Ridge Vineyard is certified organic, dry farmed, and perched in the foothills of Mount Adams.

A brilliant pale straw color leads into notes of lemon chiffon and wet stone. This wine exhibits pure alpine qualities of freshness, palate cleansing acidity and a saline minerality.

Flowery nose of orchard fruits & citrus blossoms with clean notes of minerality. Rich flavors of yellow peach, crisp apple & lemon are rounded out with well-balanced acidity. This is a very clean, refreshing wine that pairs well with Meditteranean style foods, and energetic conversation!

Offers mulled plum, blackberry and black cherry fruit mixed in with steeped black tea, sandalwood and tobacco leaf notes. The 2014 Chardonnay is a pale straw in color. On the nose, you will get Stony Hill’s characteristic mineral and river stone notes, along with citrus blossom, white flowers and lemon zest. On the palate, it’s clean and crisp with hints of green apple and a vibrant, dancing acidity. It has a lovely lingering finish.

What California white wine may have tasted like before Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc came on the scene. Taste (almost) lost history. Out to the Meadow is a co-fermented field blend of five white grapes that were around in early California grape growing history.

Straw yellow color ushering in a well-defined note of wild flowers, hints of honey and banana on the nose. The understated, dry palate is round, soft and lively, with a pleasing, nicely lingering back palate of ripe pear.

Deep ruby red color. Intense, full and fragrant nose recalling prunes and violets. Full, warm, soft but solid with flavor, lingering dried fruit and hazelnut background.

This is made 100% from young-vine Pinot Noir and some Dornfelder, the grapes of which had no juice because of youth and the dryness of 2022. So instead of this being a mash of old skins and stems, it is in fact fresh grapes, with water added and then everything pressed and fermented. Does this switcharoo, new instead of used grapes, make a big difference? Honestly, I have no idea. But this is fresh AF and super low in alcohol, only 7.5%.

With lower tannin levels and a light-bodied feel, this is fresh and fun, with flavors of red cherry, hints of orange peel, and a slightly bitter finish. Made from organically farmed Grignolino grapes, fermented with wild yeast, and aged in cement; it’s versatile with food, and great served slightly chilled.
