Yes, there is some gunk in the trunk, but don't be scurred, that's just some nutrients settling down. Chill and store the bottles upright and try not to shake them up too much - pour until you have about an ounce remaining at the bottom and sacrifice the leftovers to the gnats that be. Enjoy!

This Pinot Blanc is a wake up call. Fresh citrus, white flowers and jasmine pop out of the glass. The wine has an almost athletic length while providing crisp acidity and decadent textures, steely and bright, with minerality allied to just enough texture to elevate the wine. This wine fermented spontaneously for a long time—the wine didn’t go fully dry until the late spring following harvest. This long fermentation has given it another layer of complexity and nuance. 47 cases produced.

Made from a combination of Estate fruit as well as Pinot from surrounding vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills, the Mt. Jefferson Cuvée wine conveys a rich diversity of place, deserving its reputation as one of the most expansive yet stylistically consistent Pinot Noirs in the world.

From a selection of the brightest Chardonnay clones on the Estate, separately direct pressed or macerated and then barrel fermented using native yeast in 25% new French oak, the wine is then left to age on the lees for 19 months to develop natural complexity and terroir characteristics as it undergoes natural malolactic fermentation. Bottled with fine lees for added richness.

The Hilt is defined by its three maritime influenced vineyards in the southwest corner of the Sta. Rita Hills appellation: Radian, Bentrock and Puerta del Mar. Savory, dark and perfumed Pinot Noir. Lifted notes of rose petals, black cherry, dried tobacco, blood orange, sage, pomegranate and cracked white pepper.

Backed up by a lean focused line of acidity and a steely minerality that adds to the wine’s crispness and complexity. There is a depth of flavor with candied lemon peel, passion fruit and melon, alongside hints of white floral jasmine and white pepper that linger on the palate of the lengthy finish.

The 2019 growing season resulted in beautifully layered, ethereal wines that lead with delicate red fruits. The nose offers bright and lifted wild red fruits with a touch of spice and a bit of rose petal and forest floor. The wine possesses both the playfulness and exuberance of Gamay with the length and seriousness of Pinot Noir.

Alluringly dark and spicy, this wine displays beautiful aromas of currant, cassis, sage, and thyme, as well as hints of cinnamon and clove from barrel aging. On the palate, the tannins are impeccably balanced, adding depth to the lush ripe berry flavors, with layers of cola and grenadine emerging as the wine evolves in the glass.

Pale straw color with pineapple and pear aromas filling the nose. A citrus-driven entry of Meyer lemon rind transitions to a medium-bodied mouthfeel with butterscotch and lemon meringue creaminess. Bright acidity drives the medium-long, refreshing finish.
