A lovely nose of citrus and white flesh fruit: peach, apple and pear. Fresh, full-bodied and balanced, followed by a pleasant finish. This Chardonnay is great as an aperitif, either on its own or with a meal, accompanying grilled fish or fish in sauce, seafood, Mediterranean dishes and cold dishes.

This native variety reveals briery, raspberry, earthy, peppery fruit character, as well as a spice box note mixed with chocolate. Gorgeous fruit, medium to full body, supple tannins. It comes from the 30-60 year old Vranec vines from the oldest winery in Macedonia, Tikveš winery. Pairs exquisitely with grilled meat, lamb, veal or pork.

This young calvados presents with a pronounced aroma of apples and a soft mouthfeel. This quality is a blend of apples and pears which come mostly from the Domfrontais area. Ideal as an aperitif, mixed in cocktails or even for cooking.

From organically farmed Topotero Vineyard located in Avila Beach, situated at the base of the Avila Valley. It is bottled at the end of primary fermentation to capture the natural bubbles in the bottle. The wine is very bright, full of strawberry notes and citrus, with a creamy soft mouthfeel.

This Syrah offers a lot of aromas on the nose including black fruit. The mouth is prevalent with spices of licorice and black olive with minerality, especially graphite and soot. This wine will continue to develop over time bringing more complexity and power.

A golden yellow, with delightful hints of amber hues. Floral notes, violet and rose, are expertly balanced with enticing hints of apricot jam and vanilla essence. Creating a beautiful harmony, it is a delicate, well-balanced Cognac. Its smoothness generates a feeling of warmth that lingers for several minutes.

Fruity, light and refreshing, this blend is crisply textured and bright in citrus acidity. Strongly aromatic, this wine hits the palate like a more astringent version of Viognier, full of ripe peaches and apricots, tempered by notes of potpourri and white flowers. The 2019 is a great bargain, and a solid debut vintage.
