This Colorado Bourbon, aged a minimum of four years in deeply charred new American oak, has just enough spice to get your attention, with hints of cinnamon, caramel, and honey in the background. It boasts a complex personality and a long finish, making for a satisfying sipper or a tasty Old Fashioned.

This Spanish spirit was testing the boundaries of gin long before everyone else hopped on the bandwagon. With rosemary, thyme, olive, and basil included in the botanical lineup, it’s savory and unusual, balanced and complex. The citrus note comes from a combination of sweet oranges, bitter oranges and lemons. The savory flavors here would really elevate your next dirty martini.

Made from a high-rye recipe, 1792 Bourbon has an expressive and elegant flavor profile. Unmistakable spice mingles with sweet caramel and vanilla to create a bourbon that is incomparably brash and bold, yet smooth and balanced. This is a very drinkable pour for the price, suitable for whiskey cocktails or sipping neat.

There is nice concentration here and sappy, crunchy redcurrant and wild strawberry fruit on the nose with a light touch of cacao and anise. The palate is charming and unpretentious, cherry and red berry fruits jostling with spice and earth notes. A real Gevrey that can be enjoyed quite early but will develop more nuances over the next seven years.

The new oak isn't obvious on the nose, with notes of high-toned red cherry skin and rich soy sauce, almost vegetal at first smell. On the palate the oak is finely integrated: juicy cherries and red flowers are softly balanced with just a touch of sweet spice and structure. This wine slaps! If you have never had a German Pinot Noir this should be your first.

Garnet color, our Moulin à Vent is complex red with mineral notes. Located in the town of Chénas, the jewel growth is remarkable for its richness, powerfully and subtlety . A elegant wine is accompanied by notes of black fruits , peppers , truffles . Moulin à Vent is a wine for laying down. Its qualities on this tannic, full, strong, ample wine in mouth and rich in aromas.

The Ibarra-Young Vineyard is a historic California site, planted in 1973 and farmed organically since 1999.

Alice Anderson's (Amevive) 2019 Marsanne from the Ibarra-Yound vineyard is stunning. It has all of the aromatic complexity of Northern Rhone Marsanne combined with the freshness and zip of Alpine Marsanne from France's Savoie. Do not sleep on this wine!

Reine de La Ville Pinot Noir comes from the incredible Mediterranean island of Corsica. It is produced under the "Ile de Beaute"
IGP which translates into "The Isle of Beauty.“ The wine's sunny origin is clear from it's fruity profile, but this is balanced out nicely by earthy elements, bright acidity and moderate tannin.

Serve slightly chilled! On the nose you'll get black plum, red licorice, and raspberry with undertones of clove and hawthorn as it opens up in the glass. The palate is intense and fleshy with flavors of red plum, hibiscus, pomegranate, and cocoa powder and a playful spiciness on the finish.

As a local proverb puts it, “He who has no vines in Cailleret does not know the worth of Volnay”. A nose with notes of jammy black fruits, plum brandy, and peony. Palate: juicy fruit, beautiful concentration, and tannins that are still firm but which impart magnificent structure to this very beautiful cuvée. Matured in oak barrels for 18 months. Neither fined nor filtered.

The nose is redolent of wild, fruity aromas with notes of wild berries, plum and peach. The palate is bursting with flavors of candy; it is fleshy and velvety and very smooth. Long, harmonious finish. Our two main vineyards are planted on the hillside where they benefit from southwest – western exposure. The soil is rich in clay and well drained due to its stony nature.

Knob Creek introduced their rye in 2012. It has a nose of caramel, ginger and menthol, and a rich palate with rye spiciness, with more development of the vanilla, brown sugar and soft butter notes. Drying oak, white pepper and rye spice last on the finish. This is a nicely balanced rye that works great in cocktails and is also great neat.
