Fruit for Yann’s ‘Folie’ cuvée comes from 30 to 60-year-old vines rooted in sandy granitic soils. The wine is semi-carbonically macerated without SO2 and is aged in a combination of oak and tank. Juicy notes of bing cherries, pottings soil, and crushed flowers lead to an herb-driven finish. Serve chilled.

Rich and bold, with notes of stone fruit and persimmon that lead to intriguing mineral undertones of wet rocks, lanolin, and a bit of spice, this is an interesting, drinkable wine with bright acidity. This wine would go well with a variety of foods, but we suggest keeping it fun and casual, or feel free to drink without food. 540 cases produced.

Cantina Marilina Sikele' Bianco is a skin contact natural wine made from 100% Grecanico grapes grown in Noto, Sicily, on limestone soil. The grapes are macerated for 13-hours before pressing, then fermented spontaneously in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts. Sikele' Orange is aged for 6 months in concrete, 3 months in bottle, and is unfined, with minimal addition of sulfites

Alto Mare is Enzo’s estate white blend of 65% Trebbiano Abruzzese, 15% Malvasia DiCandia, 10% Passerina, and 10% Fiano. The wine spends two days on the skins, to help the texture match the intensity of the wine’s herbal and floral aromatics. Like all of Enzo’s wines,the finish is intensely saline and mineral.

Rancho Sisquoc is planted on the original Rancho Sisquoc Mexican Land Grant in Santa Maria with the original vines dating back to 1968. Mikey Giugni of Scar of the Sea crafts a beautiful Syrah from this site, just gushing with bright berry fruit, deep violet floral tones and sweet, menthol herbs.

California native Gina Giugni established Lady of the Sunshine in 2017. Gina grew up on her family’s eighty-six acre Demeter certified biodynamic farm and carries forward the same holistic farming principles. Gina's 2019 Chene Vineyard Pinot Noir offers crunchy red cherry fruit with crushed chalk and perfumed violets.

This is a cuvee that Yann finally made enough of in 2018 (first vintage was 2017) to ship a little to the US. It’s named after his son and comes from the absolute oldest vines that he cherry picks from the Grand Pre lieu dit. Sourced from a 1-hectare lieu-dit, Grand Pré, on sandy granitic soils. The vine average 70-100 years old.

Distilled in our continuous-fractioning column, this vodka goes through 26 theoretical distillations before it hits our multi-stage filtration process.

An infusion of alcohol, bitter orange, peppermint and the roots of the alpine yellow gentian, Amaro Nardini is a smooth digestive liqueur with a well-balanced, herbal and fruity taste and an intense chocolate brown color. The texture is rich and supple, further emphasized when served over ice with a wedge of orange. It's also a favorite among artisanal bartenders.

Amaro Nonino Quintessentia is an digestif amaro that is grappa based, and infused with a blend of many herbs, spices and roots, including gentian, saffron, licorice, rhubarb, sweet and bitter orange, tamarind, quassia bark, chinchona bark, and galenga. Nonino is a bit less sweet, less bitter, and lighter in texture than other amari. It's great alone or in cocktails.

A tribute to a character created by Charles Dickens, Reverend Stiggins, whose favorite drink was pineapple rum. The barks of pineapples are infused in Plantation 3 Stars rum, which is then further distilled. Separately, the pineapple is infused in dark rum. Both distillate and infusion are finally blended together, creating a rich and delicious bouquet with clove and smoke.
