Hands down the most pure pet nat I’ve tasted! The brothers Brand work certified organic vineyards in the limestone-rich, overlooked region of the northern Pfalz. Nothing of what the brothers do is simple or easy to explain but the wines reflect passion and are highly delicious!

This barrel-aged Sauvignon Blanc from biodynamic and organic grower producer Vincent Ricard is a true gem. The seventy year-old vines, and the long maturation in neutral barrels result in a sumptuous, mouth-coating wine; a rounder and fuller counterpoint to racy Sancerre.

This wine is named after the Strada Provinciale 68 as a tribute to the peasants who have travelled along this road from the countryside for three thousand years with barrels containing the fruit of their labor and the aroma of their land. 2 weeks of skin maceration, allowing for brilliant amber color and pronounced aromatics.

Chinaco is the only tequila brand distilled in Tamaulipas, something they had to fight the Mexican government to do as it wasn't a designated region for the production of tequila. Their reposado tequila is aged between 8-11 months in oak, some of which previously were used to age Scotch whisky. No caramel coloring, oak extract, glycerin, or sugar is added.

J Cuvée 20 Brut opens with nuanced aromas of fresh sourdough bread, green apple, tangerine and almond. A dance of bubbles leads to a focused palate that delicately balances sweet and tart notes of raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry and lemon rind, whisked away by a crisp and lively finish.

The 2017 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Lavaux Saint-Jacques is performing very well from bottle, unwinding to reveal aromas of wild berries, orange rind, warm spices, raw cocoa, rich soil tones and peonies. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, with a fleshy core of fruit that entirely conceals powdery tannins, ripe acids and a perfumed finish. Extremely charming.

Dark garnet hue in color. Red fruits, almond and hazelnut, with a faint vanilla aroma. The silky, velvety attack reveals a pleasant, concentrated flavor with good structure. Flavors of dried fruits, and a combination of licorice and toasted notes.

Fresh, lively, drinkable. Straw-yellow with greenish tinges, the aroma is intense bouquet is fruity and floral with mineral notes. It is pleasantly dry, with an elegant, well-balanced acidity and a delicately almond-flavored finale. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with all starters, light first courses and fish, especially shellfish.
