An unmistakable rye whiskey, Templeton Rye is smooth and spicy with a clean finish. It opens with a dry, grassy aroma with natural spice, and the palate offers a hint of caramel, butterscotch, toffee and allspice. The finish is balanced and smooth. A nice cocktail rye for sure.

Dry and quenching, this opens with fruity aromas of green apple, yellow pear and green melon. The aromas carry over to the crisp palate along with citrus and white-almond notes, while a soft mousse provides the backdrop.

The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged on the lees for six months before release. This is a taut and firm style of rosé that combines dark notes of cassis and fruit de bois along with a citrusy backbone.

Distiller Martin Miller sought to make gin that "tasted of gin" and not, as he put it, like "some highly flavoured confection." The Torre A Cona Chianti Classico comes from the Colli Fiorentini subzone. The family hails from Piedmonte, and the wines reflect that, stylistically having more elegant and floral components. All the vineyards sit at an elevation of 330-350 meters above sea level. The soils are comprised of "Alberese" Sandstone and Limestone. 70% aging in stainless, 30% in large oak vats.

This Godello is from Monterrei DO, which has a mild Mediterranean climate influenced by the Atlantic, perfect for the Godello grape variety. Aromas of apple and pear dominate with subtle citrus nuances. An intense wine with structure derived from the lees contact. A long persistent finish.
