This debuts a series of releases of a group of bourbon barrels laid down in the fall of 2015 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Each subsequent year, 150 barrels aged one year more will be released, culminating in a 12-year-old bourbon to be released in 2027. This will be a fun and tasty collector's item. This 6-year-old version has a nose of honey, caramel and orange, with leather and pepper on the palate.

This delicious Dolcetto is all about freshness, fragrance and purity. It hails from a steep hillside in the commune of Treiso, in the heart of Barbaresco--prized territory. Raised entirely in steel to preserve freshness, this displays lovely aromas and flavors of rose petal, cherry and plum with subtle earthy spice. It is one to enjoy on its own or with light dishes, cured meats and cheeses.

Graupert means "tangled" or "wild", a characteristic of these particular vines grown at Meinklang farm. These vines feature smaller grapes and thicker skins. Such grapes are very aromatic and, when vinified, produce wines of darker color. Graupert Pinot Gris is a skin contact wine, hence the rose-golden yellow color, honey, and dried apricot on the nose. Delicious, interesting, and a versatile wine for food pairing.

It is a tightly wound, tertiary/sous-bois inspired bouquet with black rather than red fruit, the whole bunch imparting freshness and complexity. The palate is medium-bodied; grippy tannin, good density but still fresh and vital. The stemmed texture, but luck after about 80% of this site was destroyed by hail this year, this is a poised effort by Bouley. Drink now.

A well-balanced wine. Silky tannins and an elegant beginning. Mid palate is properly filled with dark mocha, savory, and blackberry notes. Firm finish with of red and black fruit and balanced, yet not overpowering oak. Classic notes of plums, cassis, and cedar. Drink now through 2030.

Creamy notes of ripe golden pear hit the nose immediately, and hint to a winning combination of bright, crisp apple, coupled with creaminess. The palate continues with warm apple crumble, baking spices, and shortbread. The finish is dry, precise, and lip smacking. Simply lovely.

Eyrie’s style of this wine closely resembles classic Pinot Blanc from Alsace. Broad, concentrated flavors of stone fruit (nectarine, peach), Golden Delicious apple, with substantial acidity and balance bring the focus of this wine to compliment with poultry, cheeses, or charcuterie. A lovely offering from gem of a winery.

Notes of jasmine and almond shine through a mineral driven, slightly creamy texture, with bright undertones of green apple and grapefruit. Perfect as an aperitif and also ideal for fresh oysters, grilled seafood, lemon chicken, or a simple plate of fresh goat cheese and fruit.

The grapes are cofermented spontaeously in opened vats, copressed together & macerated 4 days on the skins w/ manual breaking of the hat. No filtration/no temperature control. Aging 6 months in steel tanks. Nero di Troia has striking salinity, floral aromas, & red fruits. Rhubarb and strawberry, with a tart and refreshing. Finishes w/ note of herb and sea.

Primarily the indigneous Nero di Troia grape, but importantly blended with the aromatic Aletico grape that gives the wine a purple flower and racy raspberry tone. A beautiful wine, great for fans of mineral rosé, sour beers or cranberry kombucha. Native yeast fermentation, no filtering or fining, and bottled with no additions.

Female winemaker Valentina Passalacqua focuses on 100% Natural, unfined, unfiltered, no sulphite aded wines. Orange in color, bright ripe fruit with the perfect amount acidity. Super tropical with notes of apricot and peach. Finishes super dry with a pleasant bit of bitter. Fresh & funky profile unlike many orange wines.

This crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc draws you in with tantalizing aromas of pineapple, Meyer lemon, green apple, lime zest and flint. On the palate, lovely underlying acidity enlivens the zesty citrus flavors, culminating in a bright and energetic lemon-lime finish.

Grapes for this wine are grown in sandy clay soil that is rich with limestone. Fruit is hand-harvested, before vinification in stainless steel vats. Bottled early, 6 months after the harvest. The color of this wine is clear and brilliant. A very intense nose of flowers, white peach and pear. On the palate, aromas are expressed with balance and an amazing freshness. A great example of Rhone white, single varietal Viognier.
