This wine is grown in gravelly soil, before fermenting in stainless steel tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with no additions of sulfur. The cloudy peach-colored wine is surprising, with ample energy and buoyancy. The aromatics jump out of the glass, showing off big citrus, summer flowers and subtle notes of sweet spice and salinity. The wine is equal parts interesting and quaffable. Enjoy however and whenever.

We source vineyards from quality vineyards up against the Maycamas Mountain range to create balance in the wine, fruit, tannin and acid, choosing plots that exhibit the style we seek. For Merlot, we want grapes that ripen well and have an expressive personality and consistency.

Aromatic and bright with lemon rind. early harvest melon,jasmine blossoms and mineals. This medium-bodied Chardonnay is full of juicy white nectarine and key lime balanced by zesty acidity and a clean finish
belying its ample mouthfeel and texture.

From a south/southwest-facing 2-hectare 'Mont de Milieu' vineyard, which neighbors Chablis Grand Crus. 40-60 year old vines. Kimmeridgean limestone soils, with a high concentration of clay topsoil. Wine undergoes natural yeast fermentation and Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel talks. Aged 12-18 months on lees in stainless steel tanks.

From one of the appellation's most famous vineyards, the 2019 Sancerre Les Monts Damnés reveals a seamless, full-bodied style that expands in the mouth but never verges on heaviness. A satisfying and textural style, the wine seems to form a perfect circle before making your mouth water like a rabid dog. Fermentation mostly in tank with 10% oak imbues the merest background note of wood, but this wine is about clarity of fruit and textural appeal.

Garnacha Blanca has been grown in Navarra since the late 1800s. Viña Zorzal farms their Garnacha Blanca in a cool, high altitude, gravel vineyard. It's fermented in stainless steel and ages in large neutral oak barrels. It's a fresh, likely, expression of Garnacha Blanca with notes of waxy apples and great tension.

From the Mediterranean influenced village of Corella in Spain. The wine is harmonious, spicy, with an herbal hint, with some dusty tannins, chalky and a bitter twist in the finish.

Slane Irish Whiskey takes many of its complex and smooth qualities from aging in three varieties of casks: virgin and seasoned casks raised by hand at the venerated Brown-Forman Cooperages, and Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. Once the liquid has been aged to perfection, it is blended to create an exceptional Irish whiskey.

This is rye from Oregon that is said to be sourced from the Willett Distillery. Incredibly balanced with notes of vanilla, fruit, spice, and caramel hitting all the right notes on the palate. A touch of charred oak binds these flavors together, resulting in a rich and full-bodied spirit.

Breuckelen Distilling created this bourbon when they got their first opportunity to use local malted New York barley. They distilled it twice, up to about 150 proof, before aging it in 53-gallon barrels for 4 years. Bottled at 100 proof, this full flavored bourbon features notes of cherry fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, and caramel.

A beautiful skin contact Chardonnay fermented in neutral barrel. Wonderful texture with notes of dried apricot and carmelized pineapple. This wine has a medium acid and medium body. Truly a delight to drink! Would be awesome with Japanese cuisine.
