This Prosecco is made with 100% estate-owned grapes sourced from within the DOC area. Unlike champagne that acquires its effervescence through costly fermentation in bottle, Prosecco is made in pressurized tanks: this process not only allows to keep costs down but also helps keeping flavors fresh and lively, creamy and balanced with a delicate combination of acidity and fruit.

The premier cru Morgeot is the largest in Chassagne and is made up of multiple small plots that can be labeled either as Morgeot or carry their own names. Tête du Clos is a designated parcel within Morgeot located higher up on the slope. This cuvée always carries the most tension and energy of all the Dancer 1er crus, with the acidity and richness perfectly balanced.

From Ovum, one of Oregon’s Riesling specialists, the Big Salt is a fully dry blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Muscat, and the incredibly rare Savagnin Rose, all grown in Southern Oregon. Named for the mouth-watering hint of salinity on the finish, this richly-textured wine is a hit with nearly any seafood dish.

The vines are certified-organic, average 35 years old and are kept to a modest yield. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed with 10- 20% whole clusters. The wine is aged in cement through the winter and bottled in the spring. Pur Fruit is Combel's "entry-level" red, made in a fruit-forward, more approachable style than most Cahors, and it accounts for about half of the estate's production.

The 2016 Petite Sirah is deep and saturated with a core of blackberry, blueberry and black plum, alongside
more savory notes of cocoa powder, black pepper spice and Old Bay seasoning. On the palate, the generous
blackberry and peppery plum flavors continue but elements of fresher Bing cherry and creamy cassis notes
also come through, as well as delicate anise seed, cedarnote

A bold, distinguished wine in a dark red hue, Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon's enticing bouquet of blackberry and black pepper unfolds accross the palate, lingering with a medium finish and a hint of spice, which pairs beautifully with red meats and flavorful sauces. Aged for 8 months in small, second-use French and American oak barrels and then bottle-age.

This focused, firm and tannic wine exudes black pepper and wood-smoke aromas followed by rather tight espresso, blueberry and cacao flavors. Made from 74% Zinfandel and other California heritage-grape varieties, it has the bones of a cool-climate wine and should improve through at least 2028.

A beautiful blend of classic Southern Rhone varietals. Great integrated tannins with supple black fruits that have been baked by the Mediterranean sun. This wine is a big boy that is serious and should be enjoyed with some hearty food.

Fantome saisons are some of the most rare and sought after saisons in the world due to their very complex flavors and ability to age for well over a decade.
