A blend of 8, 14, & 20 month golden sours aged on Viognier grapes harvested in the summer of 2018 from California's Central Coast. Expect notes of soft honeysuckle, tart peach skin, and bright lemon zest.

“One of the most exciting new projects in California” (Wine Advocate), Sandhi means ‘collaboration’ in Sanskrit. From old vines in the Sanford & Benedict and Rita’s Crown vineyards, this gorgeous Pinot Noir volume, depth, and serious length. Vivid dark fruit, yielding but solid structure, and complex notes of cola and minerals.

The unique climate of Paso Robles provides hot days and very cool nights, a swing that yields excellent ripeness balanced by good acidity and bright fruit. Combined with careful fermentation and judicious oak aging, the result is a wine of full flavors of black cherry, cassis, and subtle touches of licorice, and exotic spice.

Like elephants whose size is imposing, Petite Petit is large! A blend of 85% Petite Sirah and 15% Petit Verdot. Offering a joyous explosion of color and fun, it is a substantial, dense, full-bodied, whopper style of wine loaded with pure black fruit and vanilla flavors that coat the palate. It reveals remarkable richness with a finish that is slightly dry and seems to linger.

The varietal 2021 Fazzio Malbec has an extra degree of freshness, depth and complexity, reflecting a cooler year in a cooler place, with violet and raspberry aromas and a medium-bodied palate with balance, freshness and very good acidity. It's a pure and direct high-altitude Malbec.

Vinification is carried out in a combination of fuder and stainless steel, in an hands-off manner with no fining, and predominantly with wild yeasts. The focus is on meticulous work in the vineyard with the aim to produce and bring home perfect fruit. It hails from a steep slate vineyard and receives a teensy smooch of cask, so you get a pike quenelle PB with a slatey energy.

For five generations our family has lived and worked our land in Lodi, California, always striving to leave the land in a better state for the next generation. This delightfully crisp wine expresses delicate aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and white flowers. Notes of melon, lemongrass and gooseberry grace the palate and are framed by the clean and balanced finish.

With scents of smoke, clove and dark spices, this has the depth and the feel of amaro but none of the sweetness. The cherry flavors are dry and concentrated, plump but persistent, with an exotically spicy complement of tannins on the finish, firm enough for duck with a roast cherry gastrique.

Beautifully lifted fruit, harvested from a rocky soil profile, leaving the usually fatter Rhone varietals of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne lean and bright. The choice to leave this wine un-oaked ensures that the drinker gets freshness, citrus and a hint of brine thanks to the Mediterranean influence here in Nîmes. There is a bit of spice akin to white pepper and lemon zest.
