Awesome texture... White fleshy fruit, zip of acidity, hazelnut on the finish, with great organic liveliness. Unique and worthy wine from a storied varietal. Organically farmed and crafted.

Delightfully pastel in color, this Old World style Rosé of Grenache exhibits a bouquet of under ripe watermelon, rose petals, and elegant red fruit. The delicate minerality balances with hibiscus and tart red berry notes to create the perfectly zippy Rosé for hot summer days.

From Martha: "This wine is so joyous and distinctly Californian. I never knew how much I loved Zinfandel until I started working as Chris Brockway’s (Broc Cellars) Assistant Winemaker. When picked before the grape berries begin to shrivel, you get these amazing hibiscus, rhubarb, pomegranate, and baking spices from Zin. The Carignan provides a nice savory component & structure.

The unique color (and more robust flavor) is a result of leaving the foot-tread clusters overnight before being pressed, a method that Italians refer to as Vino di Una Notte, or "one night wine." A hazy and funky bubbly wine from a natural winemaker and biodynamic farmer in the south of Italy. Bombino Bianco is a white Italian wine grape variety planted primarily along Italy's Adriatic coast line. A true methode ancestrale style sparkler, meaning a single fermentation finished in the bottle, also called a pet-nat. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with ambient yeasts, no filtering or fining, and the only addition is LOVE!

The winemaking method stresses the lightness of the wine and the fruity aroma together with its refreshing acidity. The gentility of the aromas and allows us to produce a light wine with balanced acidity. An aromatic wine, rich and refreshing with white fruits, melon and tropical fruit flavors.

From a four hectare estate in the sub-appellation of Cérons in the larger region of Graves lies Chateau du Mayne. In a region more known for sweet botrytis wine-Caroline and Xavier Perromat make a still blanc and rouge of exceptional quality. Predominantly sauv blanc this vintage, this wine has texture while retaining acidity and freshness.

We love Passetoutgrain, Burgundy’s blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir. With Beaujolais and Burgundy’s proximity being so close, it only makes sense that these two grape varietals would play so nicely together. The Willamette Valley continues to be compared to both regions, so we decided to try our hand at capturing some lighting here and the resulting wine is full of energy!
