Light and effervescent, they named it for their founder’s granddaughter Sofie. This is a farmhouse ale that is wine barrel-aged with an abundance of hand-zested orange peel. Spicy white pepper notes contrast the citrus tartness. The light, refreshing, creamy vanilla finish will excite those fond of Champagne.

This Semillon is from a single vineyard in the Tupungato region of the Uco Valley. The lower alcohol wine has a fresh light green hue with notes of lemon, key lime, jasmine, and white flowers with an underlying and persistent layer of crushed wet limestone. The wine is vibrant and bright yet smooth on the palate showing fruit flavors as well as earth tones of dry leaves.

Aromas of raspberries, cherries and a few secondary whiffs of minerality. A lively mousse, but fine in the mouth, with subtle red berry flavors enlivened by bright acidity. Brisk, yet delicate on the palate, bursting with flavors of freshly crushed berries and hints of oyster shell.

1870 honors the year George Garvin Brown created Old Forester. They also echo his batching process by blending three different ages and expressions of Old Forester whiskey. The result is a nice bourbon with flavors of baking spices (clove, cinnamon, nutmeg) that flow into a citrus-fruit mix and shortbread sweetness. It finishes with soft, with lingering fruit and spice.

A well-balanced, gentle single malt that has won multiple gold medals. Nose: Good body, decent sweetness, richness. Streaks of smoke, apple peels, bruised pears. Palate: Smooth, rounded, gentle sweetness, soft peat. A little smoke whispers sweet nothings. Finish: Long, dry smoke, malty touch of peat. --Master of Malt

A distinctive triple-distilled Lowland single malt matured in three different casks that once contained Pedro Ximénez Sherry, bourbon and Oloroso Sherry. This is a winner of multiple awards, with a rich, complex palate and a superb, balanced finish.

Aged in large oak casks and refermented in the bottle. The Grand Reserve edition is a regular version Oro de Calabaza which has been barrel/bottle aged for an extended period of time. Spicy and peppery with a gentle hop bouquet and the beguiling influence of wild yeast.

Brewed in collaboration with New Belgium's master blender, Lauren Limbach. To their base saison, they add a touch of pine buds, sage blossoms, and arugula flowers. the crew hand-picked from the farm. This beer was then matured and bottle-conditioned with Blackberry Farms' native wild yeast fermented foeder beer.

Intensely ruby, with light garnet reflections in the glass. On the nose, this wine is seductive and intriguing, with fresh and inviting notes of blackberry and raspberry. Forest floor, mulberry, smoke, violet, black cherry, and truffle are all present on the palate. Well balanced, nuanced and subtle, pair this with fatty meats, charcuterie, or anything with mushrooms.

This wine has lovely texture and complexity, with flavors of green apple, yellow-fleshed fruit, white pepper, herbs and a mineral backbone. Pair this versatile wine with asparagus, artichokes, salads, or light pasta.

This wine comes from Jean-Claude Mas's Saint Hilare Vineyard, in Limoux, near the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains. The grapes give birth to wines with a rare elegance and a unique character. Pinot Noir adapts wonderfully to the Limoux climate and soils. This wine displays a quintessence of red fruits, blackcurrant, cherry and spicy aromas, with a hint of vanilla.

This is an exuberant Barbera with lavish morello cherries, though more nuanced notes of brambles and bark lie behind. Moreover, the full-bodied palate is quite understated and framed in well-delineated tannins. It opens through a burst of acidity on the medium-chewy finish. Drink from 2020.

Ransom Old Tom Gin opens with seductive aromatics of juniper berries and coastal forest, set off by apothecary spice notes of cardamom and angelica. The palate is rich and silky, with malt flavors punctuated by lively citrus zest and heady exotic notes of coriander and teak.
