STARGATE begins as a custom blend of 9-10 month old spontaneous solera sour golden base with 100% coolship caught microbes. Fermenting ontop of nectarines creates a delicious, fresh stone fruit flavor that plays wonderfully with the delicate apricot notes produced by their native yeast. The barrels lend complementary vanilla notes.

This is one of only a very rare handful of bottled straight, unblended Lambic. Quite literally, when this product is gone, it can never be made again.

Blending two different roasts from Sweet Bloom gives a bouquet of nougat, caramel and almond toffee. The liquid cacao provides layers of smooth semi-sweet chocolate.

A rare unreconstructed historical gem of a wine. Its nose is lifted and ethereal, a dazzling array of red fruits and Indian spices, with a marked stony character. The palate is haunting in its sense of silken refinement, with tannins already fully integrated, and perfectly pitched acidity keeping the overall impression sleek, driving, and clean.

This is the No. 1 American single malt whiskey in the U.S. It has a nose of caramel-butterscotch, vanilla, maple syrup and leather. The palate brings cinnamon-butter, vanilla, chocolate, warm caramel and spiced pear; it flows over the tongue like table cream and melted brown sugar, finishing with a hint of cayenne, rich tobacco, oak and aged leather.

Inspired to produce an even fruitier, sweeter Balvenie, Apprentice Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie decided to import Virgin Oak barrels from Kentucky. After deep-toasting them, they were filled with Balvenie aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The result is a delectably complex whisky with notes of candied fruit, coconut and delicate vanilla. Great entry to Scotch for a bourbon fan.

Deep rich mocha fudge chocolate, dark roast coffee, roasted nuts, caramel, malt and vanilla.

Collaboration with Finn’s Manor, one of the best beer bars in Denver. This is a tribute to many things; friendship, honor, tradition, and loyalty. Funky and dry with a mildly tart finish, it is lightly carbonated as an homage to classic, unblended, lambic beer, but with a deeper complexity from extra time in barrels.
