Our Nouveau takes inspiration from the bright and lively celebration wines of Beaujolais, France, and uses Pinot Noir in place of Burgundian Gamay. Nouveau is traditionally released in November and has become synonymous with harvest and holiday season celebrations. The 2019 Nouveau was hand-harvested and underwent a 9 day, whole cluster, carbonic maceration.

Bright and lively, the nose shows off aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry. Anise, fennel, and a touch of lavender belie the fresh fruit character. Flavors of cranberry and strawberry mix with citrus notes of bergamot, adding depth and intrigue. The palate is broad and refined with a finish of Earl Grey tea.

Each year, our goal for Southing is to create the ideal marriage of complexity and elegance. The ever-changing nose of the 2017 Southing exhibits boysenberry, dried cherry, savory spices and fresh plum. The fine tannins and minerality are enhanced by our estate vineyard’s characteristic cool climate acidity.

Good aromatic intensity, mainly with herb tones, green apple and citrus. This wine has great acidity and works well with seafood dishes and and aged dry cheeses. This wine can also be enjoyed on its own on a bright sunny day.

This is a medium-bodied, luscious red wine with nicely balanced acidity, plum, chocolate, and berry notes and a smooth, rich finish.

Rich and elegant, soft and well-balanced. Aromas of pine needles, cranberry, dark cherry, cedar, clove, and brown spice lead to fresh red berry flavors, an ample structure, and seamless tannins.

Bone dry, fruit forward estate grown sparkling wine. An exclusive blend of 3 Colorado white grapes. Effervescent, smooth, and approachable with playful beading bubbles. Flirty on the palate with vibrant acidity. Aromas of Peach, lemon blossom, and honeydew melon. Persistent bubbles enhance apricot flavors, balanced with lime and and a lingering green apple finish. Aromatically balanced between the freshness of candied citrus and herbal notes of forest moss, this Grüner Veltliner is rich with a hint of white floral pollen. The palate has a nice vicious weight while remaining delicate. Soft acid is a nice sidekick to the upfront fullness and brings tension to the finish. This is a perfect summer wine to pair with food.

The Schlossgut Diel vineyards, castle and winery are of great historical significance. The winery was purchased by the Diel family in 1802 from the Baron Dalberg, who had managed to prevent its confiscation by Napoleon’s troops in 1789.
The great vineyard sites, dedicated vineyard management and meticulous winemaking has led the winery to receive continued acclaim.

Keenan’s 2015 Zinfandel is made up of grapes grown primarily on Keenan’s Spring Mountain District estate. The Estate Zinfandel imparts structure, ripe black fruit and complex earthy nuances. The finished wine shows intense black cherry and raspberry fruit in the nose, while hints of black pepper and vanilla add complexity.
