The Louis Moreau Chablis is a fleshy and lively wine that displays a beautiful balance of minerality, fruitiness and elegance.

Bright purple-red color. Complex, typical bouquet of small berries red fruits, leather and spices (vanilla, pepper, clove), with hints of ripe blackberry. Full mouth, rounded tannins, balanced acidity and well integrated wood tones. Long aftertaste with intense quince aroma.

Bruno Clair Bruno produces wines that are loved for their purity of expression. This Marsannay is a great example. Mineral, very aromatic, elegant. It symbolizes structure and grace. Age will be certainly beneficial but it is extremely pleasant to drink now, too. The grapes come from organic farming, and in the cellar large French oak barrels are used for aging.

By adjusting the blend to increase the amount of Hon-darribi Beltza, the red txakolina grape, Ameztoi has made this rosé
txakolina that retains all the freshness of traditional white txakolina but with a slight taste of strawberries and red candied fruit. Pair with salmon, sushi, other seafood, delicate cream sauces and desserts.

From high-altitude vineyards planted in limestone soils and in cooler climates (ripeness and freshness are the two paramount criteria). The wine is raised half in older barrels and half in tank, has a well-rounded body, with an expressive nose of cherries and spices. It is silky, fresh, it makes an excellent aperitif but goes very well with charcuterie, red and white meats.

Bruno Clair with the help of winemaker Philippe Brun, produces some of Burgundy’s purest examples, adopting an approach that involves back-breaking vineyard work and minimal intervention winemaking. From old vines purposely planted on poor soil, very fine clay, called " rabbit grounds ", the chardonnay brings fruity aromas whereas the pinot blanc brings roundness and meatiness.

Very pretty pale yellow color with golden highlights. The nose is full of freshness, with notes of pear and quince underlined by a touch of citrus. On the palate, it has a nice balance that combines freshness and roundness, with notes of white fruit and a long aromatic finish.

The core of this blend comes from our Chen's Vineyard planted in 1972 in Dry Creek Valley. This site is named after the gravelly loam soils prevalent up and down Dry Creek Valley. Due to the prevailing afternoon breezes in Dry Creek Valley, the flavor profile tends towards red fruit. Bright aromas of dark cherry and black raspberry.

At Benton-Lane, they take Pinot Gris seriously. Three of their Top 100 Wines of the World were for this loveable white wine. The 2017 Pinot Gris has aromas of delicate honeysuckle blossom, lemon lime zest, grapefruit and mixed citrus fruit. The flavors of pineapple, granny smith apple and lemon meringue blend well with a balanced creamy mouthfeel and a nice acidic finish.

Golden Delicious apples, yellow peaches, musk melon, and honey on the nose and through to the palate, the medium acidity is balanced by pleasant fleshiness, finishing very clean with a hint of minerality. Refreshing and with moderate alcohol, this wine is all about pleasure, begging to be drunk up, with some oysters or a roast chicken and a big smile.

This year's Trousseau has so much style! – Alpine strawberry, delicate violet, and fresh soft herbs straight from a bright summer garden. The palate circles around polished fruit: watermelon, cran-apple, red currant, cherry, and tart raspberry with lingering dried plum. All the while notes of crunchy pickles offset silky rose petals and dusty black licorice.

This wine is one of the last vintages that Stanko Radikon bottled before he died. This style utilizes hand-harvesting, extended skin maceration, large, older barrel fermentations without temperature control, no added yeasts or enzymes, and little or no use of sulfur. In short, this is the way wines were made in the area prior to World War II.

The team at Folk Machine acquire their Valdiguié grapes from the Lolonis family who have over 100 years in the Redwood Valley, Mendocino County. The land was purchased in 1914 and their first vintage in 1920. Three generations of Lolonis have been stewards to the land around the Home Ranch using organic farming methods without pesticides.
