The Solessence Brut NV delivers lovely aromatic complexity in its blend of apple and pear, Meunier floral tones, brioche, chalky minerality, almond and a gently smoky note. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied and complex, with fine core bubbles, and a long, well-balanced and still youthful finish. Beautiful wine from one of the youngest stars in Champagne!

Zingari was born as an experimental vineyard to test the attitude of its varietals: Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese and Petit Verdot. Highly concentrated ruby color, which introduces the Mediterranean aromatic notes of this wine. Soft and full-bodied in mouth, it has a fresh flavor with good acidity and a structure with balsamic and mineral notes that make Zingari pleasant and interesting.

A refreshing, fragrant wine, the color of yellow topaz. This Torrontés bursts with tropical aromas of pineapple, peach and orange blossom. Aromatic notes resonate in the mouth with fresh apricot and lychee and a hint of orange zest. Acidity is well-balanced in the mouth with a citrusy medium finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon shows ripe
fruit aromatics including blackcurrants and blueberries and
cassis combined with a slight tobacco leaf note. Palate is
fresh with clear fruit definition; fine grained tannins and
balanced acidity leading to a lingering finish.

Aromas and flavors of blackberry, strawberry, orange zest and bittersweet chocolate flavors are set amid slightly grippy tannins on the finish. Kosher for Passover.

Producing a fine Pinot Noir requires an exact balance of warm days and cool nights. Barkan found this balance in their vineyard at Mitzpah Ramon in the high desert. The wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannin, with a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint. Barkan Pinot Noir's medium body and crisp finish goes well with grilled salmon or veal, and is best served at a cool room temperature.

American double stout brewed with locally harvested black walnuts and Belgian candied syrup. This stout was aged in bourbon barrels for 8 to 12 months creating an amazing brew worthy of goddesses and gods alike. Explodes in the glass with notes of brown sugar, chocolate-dipped cherries, candied syrup, vanilla, and toffee.

Count yourself lucky if you buy this wine. Only 12 come to Colorado. This is from Graillot, who is Crozes' top producer in my opinion. However, this particular bottle is special in that it comes from his best barrels making it the top expression of both the vintage and varietal. Truly great Syrah.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks with the use of indigenous yeasts, Ventisei Rosso receives partial carbonic maceration, which adds that candied-fruit flavor we all love. Fresh raspberry & cherry notes, with delicate underbrush and sweet spice. This Super-Tuscan style is reminiscent of Cru Beaujolais, with fresh juiciness, nice grip, and a clean, mineral finish.

From the north-east corner of Italy, this Cabernet Franc has a very rich and complex nose of ripe red and black fruit mixed with white pepper, licorice and spices. Beautifully structured on the palate with fine tannins, and a long finish of wild berries, pepper and coffee notes.

Pierre Fenals has slowly patched together a collection of vineyards in Burgundy, with some tiny plots he owns and others he manages and farms.. Everything here is textbook Aligoté, not too aromatic on the nose, but still revealing hints of citrus peel, white flowers and salted lemon. Stones and underripe stone-fruit, very mineral and sharp on the palate.
