From the great Commanderie de Peyrassol in the Côtes de Provence, the #Lou rosé is classic Provençal, through and through. Made from a traditional blend of Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah, it has a pale salmon hue, fresh, vivid acidity, and lively but understated flavors of peach, roses, iced berries, minerals, and spice.

Rosso Due Colli: Old vine parcel (planted in 1955) Gamay del Trasimeno (which is actually grenache/alicante). 8 days maceration before press. Natural fermentation w/o temperature control in open-top resin vats (500 liters). Aged in old (120 years old!) 1000 liter Hungarian oak barrel. No sulfur.

100+ year old ungrafted vines from volcanic soil on the Canary Islands. Medium bodied and acid driven with wild red fruit giving way to a smoked herb complexity. The depth and balance of flavor here is striking. Sneaky tannin add structure to the tart smokey finish. Great now with a short decant and will only get better

Lionel Bussy is one of our favorite producers, and it's a true shame that many people are not aware of his wines. Or on the other hand, maybe that it what keeps them so affordable! This comes from the excellent premier cru of Cote de Lechet,.Amazing concentration, good reduction and clean fruit. Killer.

Crisp acidity complements robust flavors of Ranier cherry, raspberry and ripe grapefruit underscored by subtle rosemary and orange blossom notes. Native yeast fermented in stainless steel to preserve bright, bold flavors from the Mediterranean. Great with charcuterie, bistro foods and events where a variety of dishes are served.

A world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. It sparkles on the palate and finishes with zesty hops and citrus. Incredibly compatible with food!

Brewed in collab with Crooked Stave & Trois Dame, all using the same recipe with each brewery's unique mix culture. Aged in Spanish sherry barrels for twelve months, and refermented in bottles for three more. This is complex! Notes of dried tart raspberries, tart cherries, straw, vinous red grapes, plum and spicy yeast notes.

It's recipe was an opportunity to introduce the richest raw materials without the confusion of elements you’d find in black beers of similar scale. Aged for 9 months in heaven hills barrels with flavors of vanilla bean, toffee, figs, rich chocolate; very complex.

From the vineyards located around the winery, planted in 2006, the 2017 has a medium to deep ruby color with a very dark, broody nose of toasted coconut, fried herbs, turned earth, charcuterie and baked black and red fruits. Medium-bodied with a slick texture, it's very broody, earthy and savory in the mouth, featuring olive and meaty notes, soft tannins and great freshness.

Another level of aromatic intensity, pure and highly attractive. It’s like the bourgogne with extra depth, concentration and a fine cushioning of texture – really a wine that envelops the palate. Delicious.
