Of a deep purple colour, this powerful Tannat has an elegant nose, with aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries and strawberries, black plums, tobacco and black chocolate on a spice-flavoured range. It is a full-bodied wine with a juicy and fresh mouth, pleasant sensation and a long and vibrant finish.

Golden/brown in colour with a delightful aroma of nuts and almonds which comes through on the palate with a fresh concentrated spirity finish, from extended ageing in small old oak barrels.

Dark red in colour, with a fresh vibrant aroma of dark fruits which follows through on the palate along with a mineral character, a youthful wine with good extract and great balance, offering superb "drinkability".

True to varietal Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of fresh herb, perhaps sage, that is common to Happy Canyon, but with
plenty of sweet red and blue fruits that give the wine generous and open aromatics. The texture strikes a nice balance of
seriousness, hinting to its quality sourcing, and softness, making it the perfect wine for availability in its youth.

England's most popular eating heirloom apple, named for its orange skin and complex citrus character. This varietal was grown on the Western Slope by Ela Family Farms. This cider opens up with notes of fresh orange peel, old fashioned cocktail, orange bitters, and hints of cherry. A mouthwatering cider that is reminiscent of a German Spätlese Riesling.

Dark strawberry, raspberry jam and light herb aromas make for a familiar and complex nose on his bottling. The palate is edgy in texture and brisk in flavor, showing red plum, pomegranate and rounded red-flower flavors, with pepper spice on the finish.

On the nose it opens with refreshing, mineral mountain air character. The sake takes a much more pronounced, spicy tone on the palate. Notes of ginger spice, dried apricots and roasted mustard seeds lead into a long, warm finish. This is a great sake for the price.

This Sonoma eco-friendly 'Super Tuscan' is made up of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose manages to be both balanced and full fruited with tart cherry pepper, cassis and a kiss of cocoa. The palate is moderate in weight with a good balance of fruit and spice.

Ripe notes of blackcurrant, cherry and a touch of licorice give way to a cherry and mulberry palate that lingers for a minute. This wine has great structure and is a tremendous value in Bordeaux.

On the nose is strawberry, cherry, cream and a hint of spice. Honestly, this is literally like a strawberry parfait in a glass. The wine does have some perceptible sweetness; however, with the very delicate tannin of Gamay and the supporting acidity, the wine comes across as being less sweet than it actually is. A wonderful accompaniment to fruit-based desserts.

The fruit is pressed by hand over bamboo zarandas into open top vats. The three varietals are cofermented on the skins with native yeasts. Fermentation lasts about 30 days. No additives or sulfur are added. Wine is unfined and unfiltered. Peaches and orange peel with a juicy mouthfeel. Mineral with medium acidity and a long lasting finish. ORANGE WINE!
