Vivid ruby. Suave, highly perfumed scents of dark berry preserves, baking spices, cola and smoky minerals are complemented by a lively floral overtone. Appealingly sweet and broad on the palate, offering intense blueberry, cola and violet pastille flavors and an exotic touch of five-spice powder. The spice and floral notes repeat emphatically on an impressively very long finish.

A wine of the “Rive” type and made using grapes from a single vineyard, Col Credas opens to a complex nose with impressive intensity and balance, and delicate fruit and floral notes, such as wisteria and acacia blossom, echoed and underpinned by elegance on the palate and a pronounced bone-dry finish (4 g/l).

Smoky, oaky aromas rest on top of basic berry scents, with hints of leather and animal as the wine breathes out. This feels tight and juicy in the mouth, with pulling tannins. Oaked-up black-fruit flavors end with spice notes and a hint of chocolate.

Tinged with an orange-pink hue, this dry medium-bodied Pinot Gris offers delicate red-apple and raspberry flavors accented by hints of toast and nut. It shares the same spicy edge and tannic fringe of the producer's single-vineyard bottling, but with a lighter, brisker touch.

Coupage typically refers to a once common practice of blending old and young beers together to combine the best characteristics of each beer. They blended their farmhouse base with their some of their blended Spon, which itself is a blend of beer from 2014, 2015 & 2016. To say this rustic beer is complex is an understatement.

Rubentis, the region’s first pink wine, was inspired by the historic claret style wines which were once produced in the area long before the current global craze made rosé famous. The backbone of the blend comes from an old hondarrabi beltza vineyard planted in 1840, preserved by the Ameztoi family for generations. Ameztoi Rubentis is an authentic original, a wine that is often imitated but never replicated.

A rich and compelling nose of blackberry, cassis, smoky leather and dried herbs is enhanced with layers of plum and cherry, cocoa and sandalwood. Notes of pencil lead and crushed rock mingle with subtle nuances of sage and menthol. Bold and full bodied, this wine is structured firmly around a solid core of boysenberry and cherry fruit. Supple, ripe tannins provide ample backbone for the layers of boysenberry, black cherry, licorice and dried herb flavors. Fleshy and weighty on the palate while retaining balance and finesse, it finishes long and clean with lingering notes of plum and blackberry.

This perennial gold medal winning Daiginjo has clean and fresh aromas, with notes of anise. Peppery on the palate with juicy ripe melon and good acidity and length. Best served mildly cool. Goes well with richer dishes...actually, drink this one by itself and realize this may be the only opportunity to enjoy this extremely rare, once in a lifetime sake!

This is a Nama-chozo sake, which means it is left un-pasteurized until the bottling stage; this adds zestiness to the mouthfeel. Refreshing aromas of bananas and tropical fruit. The finish offers hints of licorice and white pepper over stone-driven mineral notes. Best served chilled. Bulzai "hits the mark" with a wide range of appetizers and fish dishes.

This a beautiful natural sparkling wine. This wine has no added anything! No dosage, no sulfites, no nothing! Pure raw and delicious!
