Most Nouveau is not good. Sorry, but it's often mass produced. This is not that. Instead, we have a purely natural version that take inspiration from Foillard not Duboeuf. It's light-bodied, spicy, and lively crushed black cherry and plum fruit laced with dried herb. Not to be missed.

Fermented on native yeasts in stainless steel for 3-6 months, this cider is very dry and aromatic. The aroma is loaded with apples skins, white wine grape must, and a little farm funk. The flavor is complex and assertive with notes of grapefruit, ripe apples, subtle baking spices, farm funk, light yeast, white wine must, and finishes with a lemon acidity.

Luminous yellow with slightly green tinges. An elegant combination of citrus fruit, apricot, white pepper and yellow flowers aroma. A beautiful core of minerality with floral notes, and notably persistent finish.

Bright violet. Expressive, mineral-tinged cherry and blackberry scents, along with hints of smoky bacon, licorice and succulent flowers. Concentrated and energetic on the palate, offering juicy, spice-laced black and blue fruit flavors that put on weight and become sweeter with air. Closes very long and sweet, showing excellent clarity and cut on the minerally, tannic finish

Bright straw-colored yellow with green tones. Smoked and toasted notes on the nose. Mountain flowers and nuts that will quite possibly fuse into a pleasing butter aroma of cafe au lait caramel, and even a few forest, dried fig and marron glace tones.

Black cherry and black plum purity and vigour on the nose. The palate possesses a voluptuous texture, a beautiful fruit definition, full of gloriously expressive and floral black fruits mirroring the nose. It has ripe tannins, barely noticeable in the flesh of the wine, and supple acidity, leading into a polished and harmonious finish. What a super effort, with nice grip.

This is another delicious wine from Raats showing blackberries, ivy, forest floor and hints of freshly cut (but ripe) stalks. Full body, elegant tannins and a racy finish. Blend of 60% cabernet franc, 24% cabernet sauvignon, 8% petit verdot, 6% merlot and 2% malbec.

The aromas of blue fruits, lavender and Earl Grey are impressive. Crushed stones, too. Full-bodied, yet so tight and focused with lemon rind and hot stones. Gorgeous freshness, brightness and integrity. One of the ultimate natural wines. Drink or hold. Love.

Absolutely stunning, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder is a beauty. Notes of charcoal, blueberry liqueur, black currants, licorice, incense and violets jump from the glass. a tremendous success for the vintage, again reflecting that mountain sites often did very well. This savory, fleshy wine has low acidity and ripe tannin, so it can be drunk now or cellared for a decade

Method Ancestral of Chardonnay is made with zero additives. Coming for Block 11 of the Bien Nacido Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley, only 75 cases produced. This is the last bottling of this wine, this wine will go into a non-vintage solera from now on.

Williams' Pride is a modern, summer apple named for Edwin Williams, an apple researcher from Perdue University. Williams' Pride is deep red and very full-flavored for an early apple. This cider is a delicate marriage of anise, warming spices and confectionery aromas. Perfect for the holidays.
