Zippy, cool climate Syrah at it's finest!

A blend of fruit from the high elevation, coastal and organically farmed Halcon and Hawks Butte vineyards treated Jolie Laide style: 100% whole cluster, foot trodden, native yeast fermentation, aged in used oak and delicious as can be.

Frederic Savart is one of the most exciting producers in Champagne today. half fermented in neutral barrel and the other half in stainless steel. The wine displays a rich body and fine texture with wonderful depth of fruit but also a complex balance of toast and minerality. The finish is long with an excellent counter point of zippy acidity and broad, mouth-filling roundness.

Our wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc fruit, 100% stainless steel fermented with no oak contact and 0% malolactic fermentation. Daryl’s aim is to get the incredible, intense fruit flavors from the vine into the glass. This wine showcases pure Sauvignon fruit at its very best.

Youthful bouquet of crunchy fruit, licorice and dried flowers. On the palate, it's succulent, textural and medium-bodied, with velvety tannins and a crunchy core of fruit. It's in its refreshing prime right now, so pull corks with abandon!

Impenetrable ruby red color, the nose is intense of red fruit and black cherry jam, light notes of cocoa and toast complete its bouquet. The palate is warm, with soft tannins, dark yet bright red fruits with the typical almond finish. Pairs great with cured meats & aged cheeses, grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and hearty pasta dishes.

From the Bilbro family owned estates, the 2015 Armé, Marietta’s Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend, is fabulous, not to mention a tremendous value. Grilled herbs, plums, blueberry jam, spice, mint and leather give the 2015 its nuance and complexity. Supple and beautifully layered in the glass, the 2015 hits all the right notes. Steacy Ranch was one of the first vineyards planted on St. George rootstock in Lodi, which has since become the gold standard for Zinfandel in California. Hailing from 1907, the Zinfandel vines in this sandy-soiled vineyard are interspersed with Grenache, Carignane, and Mission varieties as well, all common bedfellows in these classic old California vineyards.

This bottling is comprised of young vines in Regnie. These sites are from Domaine Ruet to be harvested and as such, it is the lightest and juiciest of the range. Bottled without sulfites, this expression is juicy and wild.
