Rich creamy and full with layers of pear, grapefruit, and passion fruit.
The word SYBARITE is derived from Sybaris, an ancient Greek city in southeastern Italy noted for the luxurious, pleasure seeking behavior of many of its inhabitants. Very little SO2 is used, instead the lees and CO2 from fermentation help protect the wine from oxidation.

Fruity nose with notes of apricot and grapefruit. Crunchy on the palate with a lovely structure
supported by fruity and mineral notes, followed by some spicy notes on the finish.
The blends originate from select vineyards in Cotes de Provence that have been chosen to ensure that the wine is characterized by fruit and freshness with added finesse and complexity.

This is Malbec and Syrah in their most natural expression of untouched grapes shining through and capturing the true essence of the biodynamic vineyard where they were picked. It has a beautiful pomegranate color and aroma of fresh red cherries with light French oak undertones. The palate is fresh and lively with black raspberry and spiced mocha notes.

The Fief Aux Dames vineyard is located in Monnières in the heart of the historic “Vignoble Nantais”, and it has been run by the Braud family for nearly a century through five generations. They primarily produce “Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie”.

No sulfites, no filtering, no chemicals. 100% Whole Cluster fermented. Pretty crazy. About as spicy as anything else in this store, and maybe the most delicate Syrah my grandfather has produced. You won't find this at the winery because we're cellaring it for awhile... but I couldn't resist having some here at Joy. - Mason B

The beauty of Nero d’Avola is its Chiaroscuro-like nature: brightness from its ability to hold onto acidity in warm Mediterranean climates, and darkness from its characteristic forest fruits. This soulful red wine is versatile and balanced, with bright acidity, soft dusty tannins, a touch of Worcestershire, coco, and dark, wild forest fruits.

INSANE! From the Azores Islands, this is a blend of ancient grapes. On the nose, explosive aromas of sour cherry, cranberry, sour beer, and sea spray. On the palate, high-toned, juicy red cherry fruit, with mouth watering acidity and a pronounced salinity. Funky and sauvage through the mid-palate, finishing with umami-laden flavors of meat, seaweed and wet stone. Impressive clarity and concentration.

red cherry, figs, tobacco leaf, macerated strawberries, and tomato sauce.
Soft velvety tannins on the palate with nice, ripe strawberries & lingering cherries, complimented by bright acidity.

The wine opens with an explosive spiciness on the nose, particularly pepper, paprika, dry rub, and a touch of smokiness. The palate delivers soft tannins complimented by a bright acidity enhancing ripe strawberries, black and red cherries flavors, and a hint of dark cranberry.

Succulent dark cherry, tobacco, cedar, dried herbs and olives add character. This is a decidedly bold, fruit-driven style, yet the wine retains a mid-weight sense of structure as well as good acidity. Today, though, the tannins are a bit clenched. The 2016 will be an absolute rock star if it opens up a bit more.

The Vinet family farms one hectare of old vines, over 60 years in age, and seven hectares of 25- to 35-year old vines. Whole cluster pressing. The wine rests sur lie for 8 months on the fine lees. Golden yellow color, fruity nose with a good balance between freshness and liveliness. Oysters, shellfish, Muscadet...no-brainer.

Lovely blush color and slightly Off Dry. Very fruity with light cherry taste. Goes well with cheddar cheese, spicy and Mexican food. One of Cottonwood Cellar's most popular wines every season. Subtly sweet and refreshing.

Clean fruity and floral bouquet with hint of acid drop when aerated. A fresh and fleshy dry rosé with a crisp mouth, supple and light, with expressive perfumes of red fruits and berries.
