A bit stronger than the yellow, the original formula. There is no substitute for Chartreuse, particularly when you're making a Last Word cocktail, or one of its many variations.

The NV Brut Rose is classy and elegant through and through. It shows lovely energy and focus in its freshly cut sweet roses, red berries and minerals. All of the aromas and flavors flow gracefully from this tense, precise Rose. Floral notes add further brightness and polish on the striking finish. This is a terrific showing.

Aromas of pressed rose, red berry, chopped herb and espresso lead the nose. The firm palate offers juicy black cherry, licorice and a hint of mocha alongside a backbone of fine-grained tannins. Soft and silky Barolo with cedar, almond and ripe strawberry aromas and flavors. Full body. Pretty, chewy texture and a long and flavorful finish. Very well done for the vintage.

The fruit is estate sourced from the lower elevations of our Ink Grade Vineyard. In this idyllic spot, the geography and microclimate are uniquely suited for Sauvignon Blanc. The mornings are extremely cold and the afternoons are warm, a variation of temperature that allows for exceptional ripening. This vineyard is organically farmed and the grapes are certified organic (CCOF)

While considerably less than 50% of the blend of the Prestige Rosé, Cinsaut makes its presence felt through the vivacious fruit and perfume of this wine. The remainder is Grenache – a fitting companion as both these grapes have a long history in the Languedoc and compliment each other quite well. The pale color comes from the gentle pressing of these grapes right after harvest

Festivo displays true varietal typicity of Torrontes from La Rioja Argentina. Intense floral and fruit notes are present on the nose. In the mouth it is balanced and elegant. An intense finish follows, making the wine enticing and welcoming.

Beaumont's Chenin Blanc was made from 100% Bot River fruit, capturing the full flavor and potential that the terroir has to offer. It is a delicious example of cooler climate Chenin Blanc fermented in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Dry, fresh and delicious!

A group of serious winemaker in the Loire that specialise in making individual cuvées from the various appellations within the Loire. A garnet red color and a pretty sour cherry nose announce a delicate mouth feel. Silky tannins and a beautiful freshness.

Clay, limestone and flint from various plot, 25 years old vines. Harvest by hand, fermentation in concrete Tank during 3 weeks. Ageing is done in oak vats of 60 hl/l during 6 months. A crispy and fruity Chinon with delightful aromes of red fruits. A well- structured wine with a long finish. To paired with pork meats, terrines, poultry and beef. 45hl/ha.

This wine's bouquet sings with aromas of red cherry, ripe strawberry, cola and baking spices. On the palate soft mouthfeel complements these flavors of black cherry, wild strawberry cola, cinamon stick and fresh cracked white pepper. Soft tannins and a dash of acidity end in a beautifully balanced, clean finish.
