Cab with blackcurrant, blackberry and wet earth character on both the nose and palate. It’s medium- to full-bodied with firm tannins. Linear and lightly chewy finish. Some graphite.

The wine was aged in selected new barrels of fine-grain French oak. Aged for 15 months with no clarification or filtering. Cherry red in color with violet tones at the rim. Red and black fruit notes of raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant and blackberry. Perfect ensemble with spice of vanilla and clove. Meaty and unctuous with perfectly integrated tannins.

These Godello grapes are from the Bierzo region of Northwestern Spain. You'll find clay, mineral soil in this region. These grapes are hand harvested and hand-sorted. Fermentation in stainless steel gives balance to the wine with beautiful aromas of green apple, pear and citrus. Delicious freshness, good acidity and a long crisp mineral finish.

Ralphie's Reserve Straight Bourbon is distilled from heirloom Colorado grains and water sourced from El Dorado Springs, just south of Boulder, CO.
