Our Napa Valley Merlot has expressive aromas of ripe red and black fruit followed by hints of spice. Supple body and medium tannins envelop flavors of berry and cherry which linger on the palate through a long, smooth finish.

Grapes are destemmed. Semi-carbonic fermentation with pumping over in 350 hl tanks with indigenous yeasts. Aged eight months before being lightly filtered and bottled with less than 3g of sulfur. Fine tannins, ripe black fruit, vibrant and minerally...this is a delicious Loire Valley Pinot for a great price.

Sourced from three cool-climate AVAs, this is a pinot with a very classic, elegant profile, clear ruby hue, vibrant and youthful aromatics. Pomegranates and and raspberries dominate. Give it a minute, however, and it will evolve into darker, juicier blackberry and rose notes, and a little bit of bergamot.

With aromas like wood smoke, cardamom and black pepper, this is a beefy, spicy wine. It is full bodied, quite oaky in flavor, and almost tastes like pepper steak in liquid form. Ripe and satisfying dark-fruit flavors kick in and linger on the finish.

A more elegant array of raspberry, cherry and soft spice nuances precedes the notably more refined middle weight flavors that display fine delineation and plenty of energy. The delicious and intense finish is dry in the best sense and while there is presently the same hint of youthful austerity this too should pass quickly to render the wine accessible in its youth if desired

A lively and vertical vin de soif, La Santa is almost rosé colored in the glass, delicately floral, with red and dark fruits and juicy acidity. A lovely red wine to serve chilled with charcuterie and cheeses. 378 cases produced.
