The 2010 Bordeaux vintage was heralded as one of the best in decades. A toasted, polished & crowd-pleasing style, with mocha & espresso notes out front, followed by Christmas pudding, plum sauce & blackberry coulis flavors. Delivers a long, velvety finish. A truly fine wine, showing loads of ripe fruit, cedar & toast in the nose, and an exceptionally long finish.

Deep ruby-red in color, ÀN/2 has complex aromas of savory spices, wild raspberries, dark cherry fruit and a hint of violets and smokiness. On the palate the wine is silky and elegant with intense flavors of mature fruit. Well-balanced with a long finish.

There's a very appealing sense of hickory smoke to this wine, which comes from a block planted in 1973 on this historic vineyard. Red cherry, mulberry, sweet sage and cola also play into the nose. Rich sandalwood flavors show on the palate, as does cedar, thyme, smoke and tart berry elements.

Orchard fruit, baked apple, white flowers and mint are nicely delineated, but it is the wine's energy and pure, saline character that give tension and pedigree. What a gorgeous wine this is!

Intense ruby-red in color, with a bouquet that dominated by fresh ripe black fruits with notes of chocolate and vanilla. Medium-bodied with tremendously silky tannins that lend a pleasing sensation of sweetness as it glides over the palate to a beautifully long finish.

The vintage's characteristic acidity is remarkably well integrated. Its persistence is mainly aromatic, grey, smoky and highly promising.The opening bouquet is complex and luminous, a mingling of white flowers, citrus and stone fruit. The overall effect is enhanced by the freshness of aniseed and crushed mint. The final aromas offered by the wine are starting to show spicy, woody and roasted notes.

Exuberant notes of tropical passion fruit rise from the glass in this unusually aromatic Grüner Veltliner. Citrusy freshness pervades everything, giving lively direction to the bright, slightly spritzy palate. The finish is zesty, clean and refreshing.

Jean Pascal’s daughter-in-law Alexandra has been making the wine here for well over a decade, during which time she has overseen a steady and impressive upward trajectory in the quality and reputation of this small family Domaine. Its velvety femininity is matched by its great aromatic intensity. This makes it a predestined partner for sophisticated poultry dishes.

Fixin 'La Place' is aged in 30% new oak. It has a fragrant bouquet with lifted floral scents that are very well-defined. The palate is crisp and fresh with pointed acidity. This is a very competent, vibrant, silky smooth Fixin that is full of vigor.
The vines were planted in 1973 on a gentle slope with east-west exposure in clay-limestone silt soil. All Hand harvested.

This chardonnay comes from 35 year old vines planted on limestone. Hand harvested, destemmed and pressed. Native yeast fermentation in old foudres followed by aging and malolactic fermentation in used 600 L barrels. Minimal SO2 additions.
