This Chardonnay has a beautiful, young yellow color with golden hints. Exuberant and complex, this wine conveys refreshing citrus aromas, fruity notes of white peaches, along with mineral hints. In mouth complex fruity flavors mingle in with lovely mineral notes. Our Bicycle Chardonnay is a young and fresh wine, very balanced, with a great acidity.

High tone, Red fruited, pure expression of Grenache, inspired by old world producers. Limited and not to be missed.

The 2014 Estate Syrah Gibson Block, a Syrah-based field blend, exudes depth and concentration. Black cherry, blackberry, cloves, leather and licorice give the wine its inner sweetness and textural richness, but there is also plenty of aromatic freshness and lift. Violet, camphor, savory herb and scorched earth give the wine a real sense of gravitas.

Our Cru Cabernet Sauvignon is powerfully expressive on the nose with aromas of crisp red and black fruits, cassis and hints of lavender. The palate is built with layers of ripe blackberries, fresh pops of pomegranate, creamy milk chocolate and fresh tobacco leaf. This vintage is deeply concentrated with dense chewy tannins and a firm acid structure.

This wine offers a complex set of aromatics such as baking spices, raspberry, and wild blackberry. There are also hints of vanilla, dry herbs and earthiness. In the mouth, the wine is lively, yet serious with sappy dark wild cherry flavors, minerality and an array of tannin that underscores age-worthiness.

The 2015 Resolute Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of blackberry, plum, cola, fig, cigar tobacco, vanilla, cherry, and cocoa. Smooth upon entry, this medium bodied wine leads to a balanced mid palate with pleasant acidity. Flavors of toasted brioche, toffee, cola, and clove come together for a lingering finish.

Individual vineyard lots of Cabernet Sauvignon were fermented separately and barrel aged in a combination of French and American oak for 17 months. A warm vintage gave us ripe Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of ripe black fruit and a hint of cassis.

Ripe but restrained, fruity yet elegant, this richly concentrated red offers luscious black cherry and berry flavors nuanced by hints of earth, smoke and spice. The palate is rich and fleshy but anchored by taut acidity and a finely edged backbone of tannins.

With an average vine age of 29-30 years old, it offers lovely concentration and complexity. To accentuate these qualities, it was aged in French oak barrels (40% new) for 20 months prior to bottling. The result is a layered and expressive wine with aromas of coffee, blueberry, and toast. On the palate, it is rich and supple, with flavors of plum, boysenberry, and cocoa.

A delicate, perfumed nose starts this off, leading to a fresh and lithe palate full of attractive fruit and tiny, firm tannins. Nothing is done to excess, resulting in a great wine with evident Margaux character.

On the nose it has a strong aroma bouquet, with white fruits, floral notes and toasty and buttery hints (from its oak fermentation and ageing). In the palate it is rich, mouth-coating but with substantial acidity level that makes it rounded and well-balanced. Very fine white wine that shows elegance and depth.
